Only go here if you want to feel like a criminal. My family was in town and my sister had never been into a Tiffany store so I thought we would go in to browse. I had received a bracelet as a gift and it had been stolen so I was looking to get it replaced. Once we realized we were being followed by not only the sales rep but a security guard, I decided I would replace my bracelet at a different store. The people that work here need to realize that people who shop there don’t all dress up and you can’t tell how much money people have by how they look. Go to one of the other stores on the strip

My husband and children went Christmas shopping for me at this location, and unfortunately, the experience was horrible.This was the first time my husband was in a Tiffany's store and was browsing and asking questions. The sales representative was rude and used a condescending tone during the interaction.My husband and children left the store and went to the Fashion Show mall, where the representative was helpful and friendly.

My husband and son were shopping for Christmas gifts for me while on a short trip to Las Vegas last week. On 12/19, they visited the Tiffany’s store at The shops at Crystals. While visiting my 11 year old son asked the sales associate assisting my husband where the Men’s jewelry was located in the store. He was meant with, “Its 2023, our jewelry is gender neutral, it’s not men’s, it’s gender neutral.” In a very rude and sarcastic tone.While I understand that in store, Tiffany’s may not have a specific department for men’s jewelry, her response was completely out of line. My husband was so appalled by the employees treatment of our child who was asking a simple question, he left without purchasing anything from the store.If this is the policy of Tiffany’s, be sure to update your website and remove the section titled, “Men”, I do not feel his question was inappropriate but was handled very inappropriately. Please provide training to your employees regarding interaction with children/ customers and how to address questions without inserting their own political bias. Again, this was a child.This entire experience is something I would have never expected from such an iconic brand, fortunately, they were not met with the same poor customer service at Louis Vuitton. Merry Christmas to me.

I cannot express the level of treatment and care we felt from this store. Our associate May helped resize a necklace I wanted and it arrived at our door less than 3 days later perfectly packaged. I also think Robert helped us (perhaps the store manager, older gentleman with grey hair). It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I smile from ear to ear when I see my necklace in the mirror. I look forward to many more purchases.

I wasn't gonna say anything but the way the woman that was supposed to be helping us made me feel was so messed up. We have been at this location before and had a wonderful experience so obviously I wanted to come back to this location while visiting. I don't know if she was having an off day but hopefully that's not how she treats everyone. We had a casual day so we came in wearing comfy clothes I was wearing leggings and a T shirt my spouse was wearing shorts and a t-shirt maybe she just didn't think we could afford it even though I had on Tiffany rings and earrings and a necklace. This woman made me feel so uncomfortable like she literally scoffed when I told her I wanted a matching Tiffany band like the one I had on just a simple band with sapphires in it. She didn't smile she wasn't friendly at all and made it seem like I was making her do a chore or like what I wanted wasn't good enough for her to spend her time on. I had to quietly tell my spouse I wanted to leave because of how uncomfortable I felt because my anxiety is so high I can't handle negative people like that. I'm not going to post her name in hopes that this was just an off day for her and I'm hoping she's not like this towards everyone. But maybe you should speak with the staff about how they treat people. I feel like if I went in looking like I normally do instead of looking casual I would have been treated differently and that should never happen to anyone.

I'm not a gambler, so I went to Tiffany. I bought a RTT heart charm for my bracelet. Service was fantastic, especially because they were able to engrave and attach the charm to my bracelet before my return home. It also included polishing the bracelet. Thank you!

Brianna was great!!! She was really patient, courteous and passionate. We had a really good experience and found our beloved wedding bands! This Tiffany also had complete sizes and collections.

Came in last minute and Cory was EXCELLENT. They did not have what I was looking for in stock; however, Cory took the time to show me other things and was very patient. This was my first time in a Tiffany & Co. store and I was very impressed. Thank you Cory for your help today!

I visited this store Saturday, July 2, expecting quality service befitting the quality I had come to expect from Tiffany & Co. In fact, my wife wore her Tiffany jewelry to the location as we hoped to have her jewelry cleaned and peruse their other offerings for potential purchase. Imagine my dismay when I not only had an unpleasant customer experience, but was also felt profiled when followed throughout the store by their security, without suspicion or cause. I began my visit as a willing return customer. However, after their blatant disregard for the comfort of a returning customer to their brand, Tiffany & Co has sullied their reputation with me, lost my loyalty and my interest. I am angry that a location situated in such a place that will welcome people from all over world would resort to such exclusionary and potentially prejudiced practices. I will NEVER visit this store again nor would I encourage others to do so either. I feel they make it a point to ensure their establishment is unwelcoming to some guests…of their presence, and by extension, of their dollar.

My family had a great sales experience with Michael Davis, he helped my wife find a new perfume and even allowed us to look at some jewelry pieces my wife and mom had been looking to see in person. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Ask for Michael if you want to see some awesome Tiffany products.
