I went into the Tiffany and co. store in Las Vegas at the Bellagio. I was looking for a Bird Bank, which was the last one in all Las Vegas. I know this because I called different Tiffany stores before I found what I was looking for. Diana Krasniakova , was my client advisor and made me feel more than welcome. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to shopping there again.

Had a wonderful shopping experience with our sales advisor, Cici. My wife was looking for a specific ring and Cici took the time to find the exact ring and perfect size. This store made the shopping experience a special one. Thank you! Highly recommend this location.

I have bumped up the review to 3 stars only after the issues were finally addressed by Melvin the manager of operations. Melvin saved this store’s reputation. The original silver pieces cleaned in-house had been done by an employee who was literally let go for his poor work the day after I dropped off my items. Melvin actually cleaned everything again himself to make sure it was cleaned as best as possible. As for the horrible sizing performed by the flagship at New York, we both were honestly apprehensive about sending it back to where it was messed up. Melvin sent the ring out to an independent jeweler who they have authenticate pieces from time to time and restore. So he sent it to a non-Tiffany jeweler who he knew the reputation of and then had my ring sent to them at no cost to me. The ring was returned in amazing condition and I knew for sure my ring had not also been tampered with in New York questioning the authenticity. Melvin took the time to make sure the service and quality was up to Tiffany & Co level of standards and service. With some meetings with me lasting almost an hour he never rushed or left me with any questions.
The store and sales staff are all wonderful as they have always been. I still prefer this location over all others here in Las Vegas. If you do happen to have any issues with anything, honestly just ask for Melvin. He will apologize and make things more than right no matter how complicated.

I was a customer to only this Las Vegas location specifically for over 15 years because they were exactly what the Tiffany reputation meant and the amazing service…Until I took vintage pieces in for cleaning and a ring to NYC for sizing and cleaning which I paid for. The in house cleaned pieces are embarrassing after the cleaning with one most like damaged beyond repair, the others still have tarnish in plain view and the pic added with “I love you” that has had its black enamel originally made in the lettering to stand out completely gone and the just cleaned rings hallmark is darker with dirt tarnish never even having been made with enamel . The sized ring sent out returned after sizing and the band has a Black line where they added but forgot how to finish sizing jewelry, and also a vintage ring damaged. Multiple emails to the store, website customer service, and the email listed online. No answer at all from any. TIFFANY & Co YOU SHOULD BE BEYOND ASHAMED BY THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE. True Tiffany &Co customers don’t come for the blue box novelty, WE BUY BECAUSE OF THE TIFFANY REPUTATION OF EXCELLENCE. I can literally walk across from your store and spend my $ at Cartier. Please don’t make me call you out on blast with social media, it won’t go in your favor. Also please stop claiming staff wear masks, not one single staff person was bothering.

This a very special moment not only for our anniversary, but a chance to fulfill a long standing dream of my wife. She dreamt of having her own Tiffany bracelet. Now she has one, and the choker! Our sales rep, Tamir took great care of us and gave 5 star service.

I purchased a discontinued item by calling Tiffany directly and one of the last pieces in North America was at this store. Came from another country to get this item. The entire pickup experience was seriously lacking in a smile, any personal interest or kindness. I was excited to pick up this piece and what a disappointing visit…no Tiffany ribbon and a stained, wrinkled bag that looked as if it was used. Sad.

Friendly employees, nice selection.We set an appointment to have a few links added to my wives bracelet. They said it would take 2 weeks because their repair person was on vacation. They provided a cleaning as compensation.

My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for me for Valentine's Day (5 months ago). We are visiting again, happened to stop by the Bellagio because our friends were staying there. We happened to walk by the Tiffany's store so we stopped in to inquire on how to get the clasp repaired. The sales person was beyond rude, repeatedly told us we had to bring it back to Caesar's forum and refused to help me. Making a purchase at a chain retail store is part of customer service. Will never make a purchase with Tiffany's ever, my friends, business associates. I hope corporate does a better job at hiring their front of house sales team. *july 2, 8 pm*

Purchased a necklace for my wife from this location last week. The sales associate J.W. was kind, informative, and very graceful. I could tell she had a great sense of style. She even polished my wedding ring as a courtesy! My wife loved the necklace and I couldn't be happier. Thanks J!
