This was the ideal experience. I had a box that I needed shipped to a friend in Ohio. I was in and out super quick. The employee that helped me answerd a few questions I had and made me feel confident my shipment was in the right hands. This is my spot for shipping packages.

I live in Summerlin and stopped at this specific ups location as I was in the area. I immediately noticed how clean and bright the ups store is. Not to mentioned it smelled phenomenal!! I was warmly greeted by Kaylee. We had an awesome interaction. If I lived on this side of town, I would definitely come back to this ups location. Especially to interact with Kaylee. - Issac

This is the 2nd time I've come to ship something back to Amazon and they've been so helpful. The second time I had to cancel and reselect to send thru UPS, and she walked me thru the steps. Very friendly!
