Total scam! Charges $2.00 for me emailing a label?! Not even including to print it. I paid and extra 20cents for the physical label.Never using ups again. I’d give zero stars if I could. How atrocious to run a business like that.

Never experienced a UPS like this one. All the other ones are understaffed and messy. I walked in here at 5pm and got helped right away. There were 3 staff members in the store. The interior looks much fancier and organized than any other UPS.

This is cleanest and most put together UPS Store I have ever been to. They were nice and very efficient. Definitely will be coming here in the future for any of my shipping needs.

Very kind people and always help me out very fast. I use this UPS at least once a week to drop stuff off. I have never had an issue and the one time I did, they got it figured out for me right away. Never a line. Thank you guys!!

On November 2, 2023, around 5:35 pm, I went to The UPS Store located at 4880 E Bonanza Rd, Ste 44, Las Vegas, NV, 89110, to collect a package that was not delivered. However, the employee at the store, who appeared to be of Asian descent and an ignoramus, did not give me the package even though I provided the tracking number and showed my identification card that matched the address and last name. The employee insisted that the recipient's first name must match exactly with what was on the box. Unfortunately, the package contained a Nintendo that my dad had ordered for my son, and it was returned to the sender due to the employee's ineptitude and refusal to release it to me. I was disappointed with the poor service provided by UPS. I tried to contact them via the number 1-888-742-5877, but I could not reach a human operator. Instead, I was asked to conduct a survey by an automated voice, and when I gave the lowest rating, the system rejected my submission. I feel that consumers should be informed about the numerous issues that come with using this particular store.
