I go into this store a lot and I have never been in there for more than 5 minutes even with a line! They are always so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Not to add most importantly, they are always so kind and welcoming. I recommend them as the #1 amazon care store!

I went here on 3rd of May 2024, I brought in an Espresso Machine to be shipped and spoke with Employee #214918. The employee gave the option to pay for packing materials and the packing service to be done by the store. I paid for these services and was assured by the employee that the machine would be wrapped many times with inches of bubble wrap and would have Styrofoam added to make sure the package was secured and good to go. Fast forward 4 days later and the recipient gets the espresso machine and its packed as shown in the attached. The machine is beyond any point of repair and a now 1500$ machine is now trash and is useless to myself and the buyer. I now have to refund the buyer due to this persons negligence. After finding out about how careless this store was with my package I returned and spoke with employee #214918 (middle aged man with Indian accent) and when i asked if he thought the packing he did was acceptable he stared at the floor in silence for almost two minutes speechless. The only only thing he could mutter was for me to file a claim, which i have done on the UPS site and I also plan to do in small claims court in the coming days. Being guaranteed a service like this and to throw my stuff off like its trash is a crime and I intend on being made right as I can not afford a loss like this due to this UPS Stores negligence. STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED YOUR PACKING DONE BY THE EMPLOYEES.

I used to come in all the time, now that I've noticed Mrs. Jackie isn't there anymore.. the staff is rude and downright egotistical. Couldn't say I'd recommend ever going there.. hope she found something better than that place.

Rude, insulting, ignorant, scamming old man! If Amazon says return PRODUCT to UPS and UPS will PACK AND SHIP, then it's UPS that's wrong for trying to charge for packaging!UPS fire this man, he has had too many complaints. Educate your employees!

Biggest regret of renting a mailbox at this location.The management is a joke, the employees are incompetent and rude.My packages are repeatedly 'missing' despite the tracking clearly showing delivered at the front desk and even signed by names such as Dave etc. Dave is one of the employees who is the worst.The most recent parcel was marked delivered by shipper on Dec 21 at 10am. UPS employee claims it was not delivered and that they don't have it and that's end of the story.The tracking shows it was signed by Dave. Dave, who ironically is the one who answered my call, of course denied it. I asked for camera footage of that timeframe to check who handled the delivery. He declines to review the cameras and cussed me out and hangs up. When I called back in few min, I'm told I don't have a rental mailbox at their location, and that's it.Except that I do, I prepaid for the whole year and have the invoice and email confirmation of that agreement as well.So now police is involved for the very obvious theft and escalated to the corporate. If you want to deal with that headache, then by all means use this location.I would steer clear from far far away. Don't go here.

Not a single package that we dropped off on the 27th was shipped. Do not come to this place and do not trust this UPS store with your packages. They denied all the concerns. Also, I am not emailing you directly to address concern after talking to you in person. So, don't bother replying with your email address like you did to the other customers.
