Been there today around 5:45pm and there was only 1 person in front of me. Didn’t take me 2 minutes to return two boxes. The girl who helped me was nice and kind. Definitely coming back to this location.

This is the worst and worst UPS in my life. They want to charge me $1.09 for one tape small piece wow man that’s unbelievable. Just to take my small box what else they gonna charge for the air we are breathing for it at the UPS.

Parking is an absolute joke for the disabled. The ONE spot was taken. So I parked in the space next to it which was for the dog grooming store. When I came out of your store the owner of the grooming store practically acosted me for parking in her spot. You need to reach out to whoever owns the property & get parking straightened out if you want to assist disabled customers. Or, at least deal with your next door neighbor.

Came here on Sunday (3/24) around 2:40 to do some Amazon returns. A middle aged (50-60 years old?), heavier set Caucasian brunette woman (who I believes name is Dorothea) was incredibly rude. Every comment was off putting and you could tell she absolutely hated her job. Generally I’ve only had great experiences with UPS stores but I’ve never met such a grumpy person, let alone an older woman of her age. She could’ve been having a bad day but she started with the worst tone when I forgot to put the return on the scale first. I showed her my phone with the scan, and she snapped saying “well you have to put the item on the weight scale first.” When I also asked if I could print out a label and the cost she seemed really upset that I asked since she said, “we don’t get paid for overtime” and she said it would cost $2. Honestly $2 is fine but for one black and white piece of paper it seemed like she was 1) doing that on purpose 2) she already seemed like she didn’t want to print it out for me so I just decided not to return or print my package here since although we still had 15 min left she was making it very clear that she was inconvenienced. We finished at 2:44, since I already had all the return QR codes screenshotted but in all honesty, if she hated her job so much, she shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. It really takes nothing to be kind and spread kindness. Hopefully this store can work on improving how they treat their customers. I also hope this woman is at least kinder to her colleagues that work there because being around someone so negative can really impact the entire stores culture and motivation as well.

Very dishonest new owner he is always trying to upsell me. I ended up leaving and taking my package to a different location and they took it no problem, I’ve had this happen a few times at this location only. I try to avoid this place completely. if you do a scan in morning for Amazon expect that they might forget to give it to ups that day. It’s happened twice and the owner said it’s not his responsibility even though it’s at his store until it’s picked up.

The owner, Troy, helped me get set up when I stopped in. He was very personable and informative. My experience has been very positive. I would highly recommend this location.

Place is a joke. I had the return code to send out my package for free as instructed by the retailer for all UPS stores and they still wanted to charge me. Lady was rude as well.
