I was returning an item to Amazon that the box was never opened, but the clerk asking for the original box or I will pay for a box. Although Amazon said no label, no box needed. This is my second time returning to this location and asking me to pay for the box. The first time I paid for it, but not this time. Don’t go to this store , their service is awful.?

Always personable staff... so helpful and they hustle. It's always a pleasure in this day and age to see a team that still prides themselves on service and prioritizes customers over playing on their phones.

Was standing in line alone in store. A customer walked in 3 minutes after me and Olivia service him as if I wasn't standing there. I'm assuming I was the wrong color. When I said something she just smirked. Ms Sharne had to service me. Thank God for her.

Carrie was so rude gave me the worst attitude and plus, she wasn’t even in uniform she was wearing leggings and a tank top, which is not even the UPS uniform, which is just insane to me how they’re letting her go around the store not in uniform she has disgusting behavior. The way she was looking at me and making rude comments. She is really snobby, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. The worst customer service ever.

I've been in to ship three packages in the last week and have notary services completed. All the employees have been nice and offered prompt service. They saved me $15 in notary services by explaining a misunderstanding on my part. Thanks!

How I love this place...whenever I go there I am treated like a friend, get the best pricing...but tonight I got there 6:02 pm door was locked....I had a very important document I needed printed..SAMMIE & SHARNAE went through extra mile opened the door with a smile on their face, and helped me...Kudos ladies you rock

About 2 weeks ago I had to return 2 big packages that I ordered from Target but they only gave me 1(one) return shipping label and Nick the awesome UPS employee told me that it had to be 2 different labels otherwise Target would only see that I returned one item. I got there 5min before their closing time but then I had to wait for Target to email me the 2nd label. It took me 30 minutes to get it but Nick was super nice, patient and professional to let me stay and got my label and returned the packages that night. He also carried the heavy packages from my car to the store .I really appreciate him so much and I will be going back to this store if I need UPS services. What an experience!!! ??

Beware of the awful customer service in this store! When I dropped a return today (a small box), the clerk told me that they charge $2.00 for taping. I explained to her that has never happened before to me; she refuted saying that they always charge. Because of that I informed her that I was taking the package and as I was about to leave the store, another employee came in front and said "OK, then take it" (paraphrasing), very condescendingly. I replied that with that money, I could have bought a roll of tape and do the taping myself. (What's going to be next, a charge for scanning?)I went to a different UPS store location and the treatment was like night and day: no questions asked, they accepted the package and gave me a receipt.As I'm reading the latest reviews of this store, it seems that this is not the first time this kind of incident happens. Whoever is holding the franchise of this location should lose the franchise and these employees should be fired.

I needed to return an Amazon package and it was in the box but I did not seal it as I was running out the house in the morning. They wanted to charge me $2 for a piece of tape (that costs them maybe a nickel). I frequent that location almost every week and they would not give me a piece of tape. I will never ever go back there again .

Whoever owns this store needs to wake up and start watching their security camera footage. The manager Nick is a laughable manager. The service is disgusting, some employee who came back after a 4 month leave doesn’t know customer service if it bounced into her. To NEVER ship a Christmas package and to blame everything else under the sun besides themselves is sickening. Have your owner contact me, they need to be aware of their employees. Corporate UPS is being notified and reporting this store.Update, how miraculous that we get a phone call the next morning saying that the package is on the way. Our call with Nick was around 6pm, and the new tracking info shows it was picked up at 9:09pm. So did they find our package at the store and again pointed fingers at ups delivery. We have filed a complaint about the store. Also as advised by consumer affairs they said if anyone else has an issue with this store to start reporting them.UPDATE:First off if this is the owner Carrie, then why don’t you reach out to your customer who also was lied to by Nick. Why did you guys call back to tell my husband he will be getting a check for the issue, then another call to take back the previous call. You NEVER address anything, and it is ok, we filed a complaint with UPS store customer complaints. We are escalating this and will make sure every complaint on here is address with them as well. You should really take a look at all your negative reviews on here, it’s embarrassing. But thanks Carrie for hiring rude employees. However actions reflect your leadership and carelessness. With this type of customer interactions and complaints this store has no longevity.

Be careful of this place. There is a worker here who always charges the top price but doesn't tell you or give you options. Case in point I wanted to send a regular envelope via usps with a certified receipt. She inputted it as "ground advantage" which cost me about $8 and doesn't even make sense. I was sending 10 miles way first class for 66 cents would have been fine. I assumed the $8 was the cost of the certified mail so I paid and went on my way. This is not the first time it happened. Unfortunately this place is close to my house so I keep coming back but you have to remind yourself to be cautious

For context, I really only ever go here because it's a super close free drop off location for Amazon returns. Other reviews here initially really put me off, but I've been a few times and no issues. Admittedly it's a simple show them the QR code on your phone and leave the item, so theoretically not much to go wrong, and little interaction with the staff to talk about, so from that point of view it gets a pass.
