The receptionist used the same code for Amazon return and kept blaming the customer for missing receipts, and for showing the inaccurate code while returning, and refusing to fix the problem on Day 1. DO NOT MAKE YOU AMAZON RETURNS AT THIS LOCATION

Sunday hours show open until 3pm. Went there at 1:30pm and they were closed.

The customer service rep really wanted to go home today. I think I arrived a few minutes before closing and the rep was closing up the register. He clearly wanted to go home. Unfortunately, I was unable to take care of what I needed to take care of and I was not willing to ask this rep to make a quick exception. This rep was done and wanted to go home.

My package was sent to the wrong location. My 80 year old mother was sending a package from my home in Las Vegas Nv. to her home in Fresno Ca. She was charged $12.67 for the package to be sent back to my home in Las Vegas less than a mile away. Miracle prepared and shipped the package blamed her mistake on my elderly mother. Shame on her for no consideration for her elders.

I love this ups store .i always come here for drop off for Amazon .Staff are very knowledgeable and well trained .I will do all my notary , shipping ,shredding,printing many more services they offer under one roof .I always in &out very quick services .I recommend this ups to all my community &my family friends.

Great store in the dollar tree plaza. i had very good experience in this store . i had to do some quick print outs . They accept amazon returns & happy returns. They offered many services notary , mailboxes , printing ,passport pictures ,shipping etc . They open 7 days a week.

We have maintained a personal mail box here for five years; the staff has always gone out of their way to assist with our packaging (returns) needs and last-minute end of day pick-ups. I cannot recall how many times I have called at 3 minutes to closing and asked them to have our packages ready & they come through every time! Great service, resourceful staff keep us here!

If I could rate the customer service 10 stars, I would! I visited this UPS location .Miracle & Carter is amazing! She is efficient, friendly and aware of her surroundings. When I got in first and I asked Miracle about sending something by email to print. She directed us to the side by computer where the instructions for email Then she started helping other customers walking in while we sending the email. Carter help us to print the documents .When we are about to pay for the print, we were ready to fall in line again but Miracle saw us and politely let the people know in line that we came in first. We also did shipping to my relatives and everyone gets their packages in a timely manner . They also do amazon returns , notary , faxes ,shredding, mailboxes. She's awesome and her team as well. Other person Carter was polite but he knows what he is doing. Store is clean and organized. I've had nothing but great experiences at this store! I also noticed she treated every other customer with kindness and grace.
I will Recommended to community , will definitely come back

The worker Carter was so unprofessional, yawning my entire interaction, the quote he provided for shipping didn’t match the quote online and was $15 more difference. When I asked why it was more than what was quoted online he just shrugged. Had to go to my car and create the label on my phone. Never had issues at this location before today. Now I’m worried about my package actually going out and it turning up “lost”.
Will not be returning to this location.
