Newly opened Korean owned butcher shop in the Southwest side of town, on Rainbow, near Robindale. Great to have a locally owned place which offers HIGHER quality meats than the bigger grocery stores at a LOWER price. I've been here twice so far to pick up various meats for either hot pot or just grilling/pan searing. AMAZING quality. They offer various qualities of meat ranging from choice to prime to "wagyu" (washugyu i believe). Honestly they all look amazing. They do offer some banchan side dishes as well as some other Korean products as well. Its funny how they assume I'm korean but i "understand" enough and they're friendly enough to get by LOL. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to find some GREAT quality meats for their needs. Close by work too so i can always pick up after work before going home. They DO allow "custom cuts". Just need to call and order beforehand (i wanted thick cut beef tongue for grilling hehe MMM GYUTAN)

Highly recommend The Tailor if you're looking to do at-home KBBQ or Hot Pot!! They have both frozen and fresh meat selections, my family has been going for our past few KBBQ nights and the quality is there. Support a Korean-owned local business!!!

Extremely excited to have a Korean Butcher shop in the Southwest. I no longer have to travel all the way to Chinatown for meats! They have all the necessary meats that you will need for doing KBBQ at home! I've been to The Tailor Meat Shop several times to pick up meats -- angus waygu chuck, beef tongue, fresh pork belly, frozen pork belly slices, boneless short rib, etc. Everything that we had was great! I've done everything from making bulgogi at home, KKBQ, ssam, and even hot pot (shabu shabu). My favorite items are their beef tongue and their frozen pork belly slices. Grill it up real quick and wrap them in lettuce and some side dishes. It makes such an amazing and easy dinner! Oh sometimes they offer green onion that's already shredded for you. I like to get that and eat it with my meat! They also have other side dishes too but I haven't tried them yet.If you need any meat, be sure to check them out!

First time seeing a Korean butcher! Awesome little shop that is filled with high-quality meats and side dishes, perfect for any kbbq or hot pot needs! Meat is their main thing, but they offer side dishes such as fish cake and kimchi, as well as prepped veggies for hot pot, instant broths/broth add ins, and seasonings! The prices on these items were very good as well. For the fish cake banchan and kimchi were 3.99 (and was super tasty!) The prices on the meat were good as well. I got a package of bulgogi for 8.85 and a package of brisket for 14.81. Perfect amount of meat for 2 people. Next time I'll have to pay the extra though for the premium cuts!The service was very good as well! The cashier was polite and took the time to seran wrap the bulgogi to prevent any spilling of the marinade.Everything I got here was very tasty, I'll definitely be back to try the different cuts of meat and side dishes.

Stumbled upon this butcher shop when dining at salt and spoon in the same plaza. Excellent customer service, gentlemen who worked there was very nice. High quality meats for a great price! Excited to try all the meats we purchased for KBBQ.

Bought some meat for home KBBQ and the quality was superb! I haven't been able to find brisket that has been prepared for KBBQ in the SW and this did not disappoint. Pork belly was also high quality. Will definitely be back.

I bought shabu shabu meat (forgot what part but it was wagyu) and vegetable assortment. AWESOME meat quality! Tasted great too.

The meat quality here is absolutely amazing. My wife and I have eaten at every ayce Korean bbq spots in the SW and the quality here beats out any of those restaurants. We bought the beef brisket and thinly sliced pork belly. Will definitely be buying from this spot again!!!

Nice Asian butcher shop. The worker there was super helpful and nice, can't remember his name. They have banchan, meats, marinated meats, and other condiments. Way better meats than Greenland for sure. Some items are a little pricey but great quality!

Yessssss! Yet another fabulous addition to the growing Korean food scene here in Vegas!Not only do they have an expansive selection of meats and fixings for K-BBQ'ing at home, they have a good selection of other Korean eats, from banchan to packaged and frozen items, sauces and soup stocks not found at other places. They have also have duck and lamb, which is not common. Something for everyone. Very friendly and efficient service. Can't wait to come back and try more things.

Best Korean Butcher Shop in Vegas.Tailor Meat Shop has variety of fresh meats to choose from. I really like that they are located at my neighborhood which is very convenient and I dont have to go to Chinatown. They also have popular Korean side dishes.
