Just had my first ever Tarot card reading with Trinity at The Salt Room off Cactus & Dean Martin and it was incredible. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be going back soon for more readings as well as other services.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Salt Room (10680 Dean Martin Dr. Bldg. 4, Ste 100, Las Vegas 89141) on January 7th 2024. It was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations. The Salt Room offers a unique and deeply restorative experience. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staffs attentiveness and professionalism contributed greatly to the overall positive atmosphere and experience. The highlight of my visit was the time spent in the salt room. It radiates a warm and inviting ambiance, making it easy to unwind and relax. The experience was both soothing and healing, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Absolutely incredible experience. I drove to Vegas from San Diego for the salt room experience. I did the 3-hour bliss, which included a relaxing massage, facial, and 45 minutes in the salt room. The customer service was exceptional. The best part is purchasing a quality salt lamp to take home. The staff is knowledgeable about the benefits of the services and friendly. I will surely come back and tell others about this beautiful place.

INCREDIBLE!!!! My husband booked me an all afternoon session for my birthday. We are from Wyoming and we’re down here racing. It was my 50th birthday. Every single person was amazing at the Kactus location and it will become a regular visit for us every year. Thank you doesn’t even say it. 50 is FABULOUS!

I was gifted a spa day by my sons for my birthday. I've been to other spas in Vegas, recently at the M casino and this location, by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the warm greeting at the front desk, the relaxing and soothing ambiance, this establishment deserves 5 stars. Anna did my facial and she was fantastic. Very experienced (30 years in the biz) and knowledgeable. Crystal did my massage and was so fantastic, I discovered aching muscles I did not realize I had, notably, my feet. As a nurse shift Manager, I work long hours and the work she did on my feet and body muscles, was by far the best I've had. Definitely will be returning.

The massage with Arely was incredible! It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will definitely be going back! My body has never felt any better!

Incredible people. Marvelous vibes. Unbelievable massages.Salt Room offers unsurpassed therapy. Nothing but passion is felt as soon as you walk through the doors, and especially as you lay upon their table. Such comfort is realized consistently upon sessions.10/10 would get my muscle fibers manipulated via robustly proficient metacarpals of acutely skilled therapists here again.

Unfortunately, the worst massages my husband and I have ever had, which is saying a lot over the last decade in different locations, budgets, etc. The salt room itself however is nice, peaceful, and well decorated and sized for two people. We had a good experience at the main location and gave this Kaktus location a try. I'll add that I've had basic massages that were "meh" and simply moved on, but for both of us to have had such a disappointing experience that started our day off poorly, this review felt warranted. My masseuse felt like it was her very first day, and it was so bad that 5 minutes in I wanted to get up and leave because it was the biggest waste of time (and perhaps I should have). My husband said he felt no relief at all and it was not enjoyable, but that at least his masseuse tried to use her elbow and seemed a little more skilled than mine. They did refund the $40 each up-charge for deep tissue pressure that we had asked for after we said this but this is still not a budget location, and to spend $250 for an hour for that bad of a level of massage for the both of us, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

A great place to feel the ultimate in relaxation. It’s clean, the staff is fantastic and they offer great massages and other treat means. The Salt Cave is perfect after an incredible deep tissue massage or the Aromatherapy Energy Clearing massage. I can’t wait to come back and try one of their other services.

Such a healing, nourishing experience I had at this Salt Room. Specifically, the therapist I had, Crystal, was very empathetic and knowledgable. Couldn’t recommend this establishment more!

The facility and salt room are clean and nice. I actually really like the salt room specifically. The massage was the worst massage I've ever received, in 10+ years of getting a massage across spas, chains, hotels, whatever. A clear amateur, maybe even her first day, that had not one therapeutic stroke in the massage, absolutely no deep pressure (but even then if it wasn't deep, you'd hope it would be even slightly relaxing?). She also didn't ask me once how the pressure was, not that that alone would have fixed anything. It's the type of massage that makes you want to leave 5 minutes in because it's actually making you madder and madder at just how bad it was. We got our $40 deep tissue upgrade each for me and my husband refunded but at $250 for us for an hour, it's not a budget spot and I wouldn't chance it.
