Customer service is . Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who was so patient in helping me find the perfect birthday gift for my brother. She was very helpful and took the time to show me a few things. The store is nice, well stocked and had a good variety of things. Definitely will come back to get my brother more things.

I want to give a shout out to Justin at this location. My family and I came in last night and he remembered my family and I from a few months ago, and he is very personable and attentive. This location has decent selection, though not nearly as much as the Allegiant store. My only real gripe is that they never have women's Crosby jerseys. Otherwise, great store and even better service.

Real nice store with a variety of gear. Many different price points for t-shirts, and jerseys. Glittery/Sparkly gear for any of the ladies that might be searching for something cut to wear on game day. Games, cards, puzzles, key ring, hats, water bottles and so much more. Come here for your Raiders fashion needs.

My overall experience at the raider image was great, good selection, only downfall is, I wish it was like the stadium being a big town raider fan would like to see more of a jersey selection with old school, players or legends, should I say.Also, recommend maybe having a section where they make custom jerseys as well. That way for convenience purposes people can purchase any jersey. Would highly recommend anybody in the area that’s looking for a quick raider gear pick up.

It's alot smaller inside then it looks outside. Had a nice wall of authentic NFL footballs signed by many different players through out the years. Pretty great piece of history. Didn't have a big selection of merchandise and kind of felt like we were being watched even after I bought one of their most expensive jerseys for my son. I don't know maybe it was the guy that stands by the door, his vibe was like we weren't worthy. The store in the stadium is much bigger and nicer.

Loved the store. I'm from Nebraska and it's hard to find anything Raiders. So when in Vegas this is my first stop.
