This therapist truly lacks compassion. I have been having health issues, and needed to cancel a few appointments. All within the cancelation timeframe provided, when she has canceled an appointment on me the same morning of, i never had an issue with it. Because i understand things happen. I messaged the office days in advance to let them know i was having a procedure and needed to cancel the next 2 appointments. She was quick to cancel all the appointments even tho i only needed 2 canceled. Never once showed any compassion, not a "i hope it goes well" or "i hope you feel better". She's more concerned about her schedule. Not only that but she rushes you out of appointments even when you're still talking, i signed up for an hour session, she charged my insurance for an hour session, and she maybe stayed on the line 45 min, Which btw charging someone's insurance for an hour and only seeing them for 45 min is insurance fraud , they were tele visits. She only showed her face once. Really an impersonal experience. I would recommend finding someone who really cares about their patients.

Update: I was notified that a refund has been sent on 12/14 via email with the pretense that this is still my fault, and I was requested to remove this review. No recognition of their mistake and accusations, no apology was given for the stress and frustration they caused (Remember, this is a therapists office). It's obvious if I did not post this review I would not have received a refund by them. Due to this, until there is a major shift in their office management and training of receptionists, I can't, rightfully so, recommend this business as I fear this will happen to future patients seeking therapy. I feel bad for the therapists as they're great.SHADY, GASLIGHTING BUSINESS PRACTICES FROM FRONT STAFF THAT WILL COST YOU. THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO SWIPE YOUR CARD. GO ELSEWHERE!Story time. They will run your card without informing you of unjustified, unauthorized $100 fees. They charged me $100 dollars on 12/12 (Apparently if you cancel a 2nd time within 24 hours it's100 dollars $100. First time is $50) for a session on 12/07 that I canceled the night before via voice mail.In their eyes, this would be my 3rd cancellation within 24 hours. However, I left a message on 12/06 to cancel my 12/07 session, and I called on the 7th to confirm with their front desk, Jenna, making sure she heard my message and to reschedule a new visit the following week for 12/12.. Not once was there any mention of a $100 late fee when speaking with Jenna. Why wasn't there a mention of it? Why was I not charged a fee on the 7th after I rescheduled? Because I canceled the day before.Jenna (she's wonderful) did reduce my 2nd late fee to $50 which I do appreciate as I was sick that day. This third one is the one they are lying about. The following week came, 12/12, and a front desk rep, who is new, Asia, ran my card in the morning (8 hours before my session that day) for $100, not telling me beforehand, and not telling me when I called in 4 hours later to stop future sessions for a month. I was going to cancel yesterday and all future sessions and pay a $50 fee but I was told it would cost $100 because I had other 24-hour cancellations. 12/12 WAS THE FIRST TIME LEARNING ABOUT $100 Fees! I told Asia to keep my session for the day as I didn't want to pay $100 and wasn't aware of that policy. Mind you she still did not notify me of her unauthorized charge at this point. I only learned a few hours later after I checked my bank statement. So after discovering the charge on my bank account, I called and spoke with Asia, who told me that they charged it because of my cancellation on the 7th. To which I told Asia that I canceled via voicemail the previous day on the 6th and why would she just randomly charge my card. She said she was new, she could not refund me, and that I would have to use it as credits and to speak with the office manager about it to get a refund. After attempting to call the office manager on the phone, she said she would call me back. No call back. But I did receive an email. In the email, she flat-out lied. She was telling me that I verbally authorized a $100 fee on the 7th.1) how would I agree if I canceled via a message the day before during after-office hours2) when I called that day to reschedule why was I not charged if that was the case?I would NEVER agree to spend $100 for a fee that I can avoid, I would instead pay the $31 that I normally pay and make arrangements to go to my session if that were the case, which is exactly what I did on 12/12 after learning about the possibility of this fee. They said it's against their "policy" to refund. First off, you're not refunding. You're voiding a transaction while it's processing. Secondly, it's not your money to determine what to do with it as you CHARGED A CARD WITHOUT AGREEMENT/AUTHORIZATION AND NOTIFICATION.Honestly, what kind of practice would charge a ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR late fee for your 2nd time? They lied to me, and I'm sure they will lie again in their comment here to save face since you're unable to

I have enjoyed receiving services from The Parkey Group. Our therapist is amazing and has been a God sent. We do appreciate the good customer service and we feel welcomed there and haven't had any issues since being patients. Thank you.

UPDATE: Thankfully there was an understanding of sorts and we definitely feel if you go to this location request to work with Rebecca directly. If we did we think it would've gone much smoother. Reaching out for help is a difficult and touchy subject for some. Thank you and good luck.Unfortunately this business does not have their stuff together. Bad communication, Bad customer service, Bad vibes. When a patient comes in and discloses their personal/private information to you they shouldn't leave feeling duped or discouraged. If you go here that's exactly how you'll feel. Therapy should make you have all kinds of feelings but not those. They are DEFINITELY there to just RUN YOUR CARD. Taylor mislead us in so many ways down to the process of insurance and how our appointments would be scheduled. Simple paperwork/disclaimers should not be sent to children. Disclosing that Allison is only a Intern would have been key in our decision to move forward with services as well. So many red flags here. Rebecca should really reevaluate who she has representing her and her company.

Took advantage of my daughter who suffers from mental health. Therapists cancelled on her on several occasions and she was charged for several appointments where she did not receive services! Stay away from money hungry therapists!

Freddy is helping me work through some issues lately that I couldn't have done alone. I will continue to go to him and work on myself. The location is convenient and i definitely recommend. Freddy has accommodated my schedule as well which is crazy being a working mom.

I had a really bad experience with Allison who I thought would be a great fit for my daughter based on reviews. Well I was extremely wrong. I initially started to speak with Taylor who I believe is the admin for thetherapists. At first I thought this place was in order because she followed up with me and asked what I was looking for through the process. Guess what, nothing was in order and it's so disappointing when you're trying to get help and have to go through a bad experience with experts that help people. This is not the case where all they were looking for is the next person to take money from. One of the worse things Allison did was, when we were done with our session she didn't even walk us out to the front door and said your time is up when would you like to schedule another day and time? All I have to say is WOW! At that, this session was for my daughter when we arrived she said, oh this session will start with myself and my wife, so my daughter had to wait at the front. What a joke! I have text messages from Taylor to bring my daughter. Even the online links she sent were out of wack. I should of researched more especially when you only have 3 reviews. Later to find out Allison is only an intern for the company, go figure. I promise, everyone please be careful and do your research. The owner Rebecca is not even here in Vegas and only does virtual sessions. I feel it's more personal when your trying to see a therapist or psychiatrist in person. Rebecca should definitely reevaluate who she hires for her office. Horrible how you don't even walk us out and say okay thanks for coming. Unbelievable, I'm in sales and I would never ever do that to my clients. I tried to reach out to Taylor and she literally went ghost and shows on text she read all texts I sent. This place is a scam and they will take your money. Please be careful everyone!I went ahead and changed the stars, because Rebecca reached out and made everything right. What a difference when I spoke with her. It shows that she is a professional and I wish she was here in Vegas. I really do not want to bash anyone, but Allison needs a lot of training in her field. Funny thing is finally Taylor responded and that was a joke! I am sorry to give your business a bad review.

Our clinic (The Fertility Center of Las Vegas) began using Rebecca Parkey, Marriage and Family Therapist, as a mental health resource for our patients struggling with infertility. For some patients it is very important to have a professional to speak with to help them through the emotional rollercoaster that is infertility.Rebecca’s experience in couples counseling, cognitive behavior therapy and individuals with trauma helped us to work with her to develop a new program for our doctors and staff. This occupational training has developed into a robust program where our staff is able to meet regularly with Rebecca in small group meetings to work through such topics including “How to Communicate Effectively and Set Expectations for Patients”, “Burnout & Work Life Balance”, and “How to Deal with Change in the Workplace”.These programs are suited to address the topics that are beneficial to our staff and help them to have a way to learn positive way to work through these issues as individuals and as a team. We look forward to continuing our ongoing occupational coaching with Rebecca and developing the program even further to promote a positive and healthy work environment for our staff.

I refer many fertility patients to Ms. Parkey and appreciate how thorough and responsive she is with them. Infertility is such a sensitive subject that hits so many triggers, I am grateful that I have a thoughtful professional to refer to who can help care for them. I also appreciate that she helps to keep our staff supported as well in what can be a very emotionally challenging job.

Ms. Becky is an amazing therapist. I was really struggling in my personal life and she really guided me and helped me through tough times and helped me overcome some obstacles in my way. I am forever thankful for her and will continue my interventions with her. I am doing way better now in my personal life thanks to her.

The Parkey Group is the best to work with! Rebecca is very professional. We have been working with her group for a few months and there has never been an issue. Patients feel a lot better after meeting with Rebecca and are relieved to speak with someone that will not judge them. She is very detailed and will listen to the patient. They do not meet with a patient once and leave them. Rebecca will follow up and make sure the patient is ready. I plan to continue working with The Parkey Group because of their compassion and professionalism. I would definitely recommend people meet with Rebecca.
