We were crossing the road from Park MGM to New York New York, for our dinner, when we chanced upon this The Park. It's a nice comfortable space, like any parks should, but much cleaner and more city-like. Given that they're located right by the Las Vegas Boulevard, I can see why they designed it this way.
They have some trailer food truck stalls, which offers good food instead of some random brand names. That's what's impressive to me.
Overall, this wouldn't be a place that I'd intentionally come to, but I'd check out if I'm passing by or staying around here. It is Vegas afterall, with no shortage of things to do and sights to see.

Picnic area: They have tables all around to rest the grab some lunch to people watch It's one of my favorite areas of the strip while we were there they had a parade for the Vegas knights hockey team T-Mobile stadium is right around the corner from this corner of the MGM property you can go in any direction up and down the strip This is a great spot

The Park is an amazing property to stay at. From the food, to the entertainment and more this is the place to stay if you are looking to be right in the middle of all the action. Plus I really enjoyed that the property is now non smoking.

NOT A PARK. I was jetlagged and woke up at 5 a.m., so I thought I would find a quiet place to read a book. It was difficult to find places open at that time or anywhere to sit. I had heard of the park and assumed it was a mini central park because it was near New York, New York. It shows up as green land in Google maps. It did have seats, so I'll give it that, but it's more of a concrete courtyard than a park.
