The ladies who work in this store are so kind and wonderful. While reaching for a beverage in the cooler my beaded Tiffany bracelet broke and all of the individual beads broke off and fell onto various shelves. I was devastated as the item had great sentimental value. Ava, Korey, and Rosie were so calming and wonderful. They gave me a cart and together we removed all of the beverages from the cooler until each and every bead was found. There are many places to buy beer in Las Vegas, but you’d be hard pressed to find one with such incredible people. If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stop in.

Was a little apprehensive staying at this hotel but it's central to the strip and our stay was pleasant. Genesis at the front desk was amazing and very helpful during check in! The housekeeping staff was also kind and helpful. The room was decently sized and we had the view of the Sphere from our window. I'd definitely come back and stay here again.

I don't know what is going on with these Las Vegas hotels. I work in the travel industry myself and I have been immensely disappointed with the lack of good service and professionalism. First the Vdara, now the LINQ. I understand peak season and busy markets more than most - what I do not understand is how time and time again, bottlenecks are not handled professionally and or with any ounce of efficiency. I booked the LinQ unfortunately during the Grand Prix time period, and was seemingly punished for it. While we were in line before check-in time, we got a room after MIDNIGHT. The line was of course, ridiculous - but if this is the case, I do not see WHY I have to pay the room rate of almost $300 per room if I am not even in said room by my check-in time. We were already at the hotel well before 4pm, but the line was RIDICULOUS.Their resort fees are also ultimately one of the highest for such sub-par rooms. The concierge and receptionists are utterly rude and crass. You sneeze at the LINQ, and it's seemingly another $50 bullshit charge.I'm supposed to dish out almost $50 in daily resort fees and pay for a night that I wasn't even checked in? The rooms were also hardly clean - we had to clean the rooms ourselves even after housekeeping did their rounds. You've got to be kidding me.The LINQ should do some serious overhaul. Either extensively train your front line receptionists better or let them go. Also, please train your housekeeping to do better in cleaning your rooms. With so many options on the strip, I do not see a single reason to stay at the LINQ.LINQ, you have ONE redeeming factor and ONE only as of now... it's your Hash House A Go Go restaurant that I've loved going to for years. However, I have such a foul taste in my mouth over my experience, I'm not even sure I want to return to that restaurant. It's a shame that there is so much potential, but POOR execution and an excuse to charge and overcharge for whatever you can - even when a service is NOT rendered..If any of the staff went to pay for a service, and a service was not provided, you can bet that they would raise hell for any of their money being unjustly taken as well! Please treat your customers how you would like to be treated as a customer yourself. Would you like a business to take your money when they fail to provide a service?

It's the worst hotel ever. Me, my family and I will tell my friends and customers not to stay in this hotel. It's really bad service.I wanted to it a 1 star, but Juan from the VIP is an exception among his peersThere is a valet sign on the entrance. When we asked, the employee told us to go to Harras for valet parking. He never smiles. What a great way to start out day.Checking in. We were asked to go to kiosk to check in. The old lady with a cane helped us but never told us that we would use our hotel room key to get in and out of the self parking structure. When we enter our room, it is so dirty. (See the pictures). Empty toiletries. The bed is really bad. It is soggy. It gave me back pain in the morning. Lastly, when we check out. The employee with a cane in the front desk was so rude. As I mentioned earlier, she helped me check in. She just told me to " press accept or next, etc." But she never explained about the parking fee and that I have to use our room key. She even told us to " when u are about to exit the structure, just press the customer service buttom and they will help you with your claim." When we did that, nobody was answering. We are holding the line, so we decided to go back. This time, Juan who is so nice. Listened to our concern and helped us. If Juan can do it, why can't she. She is just a racist and lazy employee who doesn't know how to provide good customer service. For that old lady, the hotel should retrain her. I regretted staying here. So disappointed. We will never come back. I will not recommend The Linq to my family, friends, and my customers.

This is a pretty nice hotel, check in was smooth and quick. The kiosk were user friendly and made check in super easy! I do like the soap is a dispenser so it makes it easier, you don't have to worry about using the small bottles that might not be enough for you.

We love the Linq for a number of reasons... We come to Vegas two or three times a year and it's central location on the Strip is perfect for us as it is smack in the middle of all the places we frequent when we are in town.It is also just a fun, energized vibe. Great little casino with all your favorite slots and a number of fun bars with video poker machines available (VP is our go-to game). There is Guy Fieri's restaurant at the North entrance as well as Hash House-A-Go-Go which serves crazy over the top portions which is fun. Oshea's is such a fun party bar when the mood strikes and they have a long video poker bar as well, serving up signature cocktails and frozen Bailey's which is incredibly good... If you haven't you must try one. They will even comp it if you are playing VP.Add to that the Linq Promenade with all of the restaurants and shops, zipline and High Roller ferris wheel at the end of the promenade and you can spend hours having fun and people watching here. We love it and I'm sure you will too!

The LINQ is a VIBBBBBE. I like the fact that you can walk around to a bunch of different shops, restaurants, bars and go in n out of the casino all at once. The drag on the strip is that it's not very walkable and kind of have to pick a single casino to be at because the walking around would take 2 hours. This place is very walkable and there's A LOT of good food options including the OG, IN N OUT!!!!

I was always curious about what the rooms were like here; this past weekend, I had the chance. I ended up with a junior suite and I have to say, I was disappointed. The living area appeared dated and dirty and you could smell cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.None of the light switches in the wall worked--except the ones in the bathroom, so you had to manually turn on the lamps. There was a flimsy shower curtain to use so water wouldn't seep out onto the floor--which is a tacky setup, especially since there was already a third of a partition there...it seems they didn't want to spend the extra expense to finish off the door. On top of this, when you ran the shower, a smell like a cross between the sewer and a hair salon's chemicals greeted your nostrils. My room faced the strip, so you could hear a lot of noise. Speaking of noise, every time someone flushed the toilet in the room above me you could hear it--it sounded like someone dumping a large container of ice in a sink.Ya...I won't stay here again.

I just had a great stay at the Linq in Vegas. specifically, several of the pool staff made my stay special. The bartenders and wait staff at the pool are fantastic and are always friendly when they serve you. Specifically, bartenders, Ryan, Maggie and Irwin are always friendly and hard working to serve me and all the guests at the pool. Corrine, our waitress , was always checking to make sure my beer was cold and if I needed anything. what a great group , you made my stay special. thanks

Las Vegas is known for super scorching summer days as well as chilly winter night's, but you can still enjoy the air-conditioned delights off and on The Strip. You can hop on and off the LV Monorail between climate-controlled casino oases. For example, you start at the northern end of the Strip, hit dozens of hotels and their casinos. Harrah's would be the nearest station to The LINQ all the way to the southern end of the strip, without counting your calories.I've considered staying at The LINQ because it's right in the heart of the strip and very close to nearby Harry Reid International Airport. Also nearby major shopping at either Forum Shops, Fashion Show Mall or Miracle Mile. The LINQ also has The Promenade which includes restaurants, bars, shops with easy access to Flamingo's, Harrah's or The LINQ Casinos. It's nice walking through the promenade when in Las Vegas.

My LINQ experience wasn't as i expected it to be. I was expecting more from this hotel especially since it wasn't as cheap as other hotels. However, this hotel does have a great location, good food on site, and even bending machines with cake boss slices and pizza from Buddy. When arrived at hotel, I did a self-check-in on a machine. It was a bit confusing on how to use it. Seniors or people that are not that tech savvy must have a hard time checking in. The room was tiny. Didn't have much space. It wasn't as clean as I would expect a room to be. When we received "housekeeping," they didn't leave the room clean. it just looked like they did the bed and used the same sheets. In addition, I left the housekeeper a note saying if they can leave extra towels and they didn't leave me any. When i called the front desk for more towels it took over 1hr to get it delivered.overall, it is a great location. However, I would not be staying in there again!

Very comfortable and wonderful stay for a decent price in a central location on the strip! The bed and the room is very comfortable, and the bathroom is wonderfully clean and bright. The service is fantastic. When we came to the hotel earlier in the day to drop off our luggage, they held onto them safely for the entire day until we came back later in the evening.A great perk of the LINQ is that once you get to the ground level, you have easy access to the rest of the Strip, starting with the LINQ promenade. It's a really nice walk to get to other parts of the Strip that are within close distance, such as Caesar's, Venetian, and Cosmopolitan. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty sh!tty hotel for the price. It's so dingy and dirty. Rooms are so small. Casino area is small. Check in kiosk is not very convenient at all and still a long line. Heavy smoke smell. We were on the 10th floor and the noise from the bars and clubs outside was soooo loud. little positive about this hotel is the high roller is next to it & train station. There's the link promenade right outside but it's just a bunch of over priced restaurants/bars and some shops. A few restaurants in the hotel lobby but all over priced. Be prepared to spend $7 for a bottle of water at the lobby store. Even Dunkin' Donuts $4 for a donut. Everything else in this hotel is just out dated and dirty.
