Horrible place do not go here I went in person Nelly helped me out with my couches I placed an order almost one year ago they delivered the wrong ones and when I call them to exchange/ return them they don't answer I went in person they don't want to give me my money back they have been saying for 9 months that they placed a new order to just wait for my couches to be delivered unbelievable they never answer their phone what bad customer service I still have not received what I've wanted

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We ordered a bed from them and was given a specific date on when it would be delivered. We are now a month out and still no bed . These people are super unprofessional, save your money and go somewhere else. Every time I try to call or text they ignore me. I need someone to contact me ASAP about my bed that has still not been delivered .

Please save your money. I purchased a china cabinet Nov. 19th, 2019. They finally delivered it in December with a broken door. Cynthia promised me for 4mos that she would take care of it. It is now April 1st 2020 and the door has not been fixed. Will contact the Attorny General office for taking my money and not producing the goods. Big liers

It was a pleasure dealing with Nelly for purchasing our sofa and loveseat, she took her time and treated us like family, no up selling, we bought within our budget and were extremely happy, Nelly even offered free delivery and setup. You need to buy your furniture needs here. We will be back in June to buy our patio furniture. Thanks again Nelli. Tomas and Lourdes Soler.

This store is a FRAUD!!! I ordered new beds for my kids weeks before Xmas to be delivered 12/24. Nothing!!! I'm calling the store constantly. They tell me it's raining. IFGAF about the rain. Where is my furniture ?? I call the finance company and made sure they understand they paid a merchant who has stiffed the customer. I'm paying for furniture I don't have. They're not answering the finance company calls either! I sold my kids old bed, the new beds were a XMas gift they don't have! How can this be legal???

Do not spend your money here the owner doesn't speak English so she has Cynthia translate and they are both very rude a unprofessional.. They use profanity when you ask them hard questions these people don't not care about customers or their community will be going to BBB

They have a small selection of furniture in the store, but they have a huge catalog they can order from. They can deliver your items. They can put them together for you when they require assembly. The prices are great. The employees are very helpful and kind.

THE FURNITURE GUY I have the feeling I've been taken....three weeks ago I was looking fir patio furniture I cane across this company on FB Marketplace promoting easy financing - thus much is true I went to purchase furniture to find a small store front with a few what seemed not well put together prices turns out you choose your items from a catalog I chose a firm mattress and a outdoor sectional and was given credit after a 180.00 deposit I was given a delivery date that came and went funny because my first payment was due and I had not received my items I phoned the finance company apparently the sales personnel's The Furniture Guy are not trained properly no contract should be submitted before delivery of furniture - the mattress was delivered- delivery person says Oh I'm sorry they either lost your patio set or ordered the wrong one cuz I didn't see it One week after s he filed delivery still no patio set I called again different sales person - seriously that one - there are no words I was told I'd receive my set between 5-7 that evening- no phone call no furniture I called again now I'm actually speaking with the owner - I was promised delivery thus morning by him personally- it's 30 minutes after promised delivery I took time off work - no phone call no delivery

We did some printing for the owner JP, which he has not payed for, we trusted them as they had ordered a few times from us, but once we delivered the product, we were never payed, its been 289 days and hes invoice is still open, we visited the store looking for him multiple times and called him more than 20+ times also, they hang up on us. I wouldn't trust these guys with buying furniture from them and waiting on them to bring it, clearly they go MIA

Very convincing people to buy from because of the hospitality. But the delivery service is horrible and always have excuses.
