There’s absurd pricing and then there’s “$22 for four kcups + $25 rental fee to use the Keurig” absurd.
If you enjoy paying out the ass for the lowest possible quality, you’ll love it here.

The Cromwell is in a great spot and is a nice hotel, but my recent stay had some problems with service. I woke up at 4:00 AM, flew to Las Vegas, and went straight to a conference after checking in early and dropping off my bags. After a long day, I got back to my room at 9:30 PM, really looking forward to a shower. But when I got to the bathroom, there was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers—only conditioner.
Annoyed, I rinsed off with just water and called the front desk to tell them what happened. I asked them to have room service fill the soap dispensers the next day. But Amanda at the front desk said, “I’m sorry, but you’ll need to call back in the morning because I can’t promise room service will see the note and refill the soap.”
This caught me off guard. I spent a lot of money on my room, drinks, and time at the casino, and they couldn’t make sure I had soap? It felt like customer satisfaction is deprioritized and they didn’t care. Getting soap should be easy, and having to ask more than once is just silly.

Good cost/benefit ratio for this location. The best thing, its location right on the Vegas Strip, close to the big hotels, casinos and attractions (La Noria and The Sphere), is also that it has an excellent restaurant, Giada's, spectacular food, but secure your table with a reservation. The bad thing is the very dark room and some dust on the furniture, also the bad thing is that you can't use their fridge bar to store any of yours since it's all occupied with their drinks and if you move them to store something of yours they charge you.
Walkability: Close to everything and also a Las Vegas Monorail station.

On our way to California we decided to treat everyone by staying in a luxury hotel on the Strip. The general look of the hotel was fun and luxurious. We were sorely disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality amenities that are standard at other normal hotels. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. I would have been fine if this was a 3 star hotel but I'm bothered when it is a 5 star rated hotel and I'm spending 5x the price of a 3 star hotel. My expectations increase when I spend that much money. Another disappointment was the fact that in a room with 2 queen beds there was only one flat pillow per person. When we called for more pillows they said they can only give us 2 more pillows. I couldn't understand why there was a restriction on pillows. So some people in our party got a supportive rest and others did not. As stated, we were in a room with 2 queen beds so you would expect the bathroom door to have a lock. It is a sliding door and needed a lock otherwise the door wouldn't stay closed. To keep the door closed, someone would have to wedge a chair or suitcase next to the door so it wouldn't slide open. There isn't a separate door to the toilet so this has to be done no matter what. There is a mirror in the shower and a duplicate one in the room. It was quite the shock when we could see the grey outline of the person in the shower and "see" all their movements. This caused one in our party to not take a shower since that didn't provide the necessary privacy they were accustomed to. I know Vegas is loud so I expected some noise but not the level we experienced throughout the night. This probably can't be changed so just prepare and be aware.

Definitely the most disappointing place I have ever stayed in Vegas.
We were excited to stay here because of the location and Giada’s restaurant, but didn’t anticipate obnoxiously loud noise and vibrations in the hotel room from the night club until 4am. They definitely don’t tell you that ahead of time, or offer you ear plugs.
There wasn’t a scrap of toilet paper anywhere in the room when we arrived, had to wait 20 min to get some from service. The phone in the room won’t connect to anything in the hotel so you can’t use that to call for toilet paper.
No hand soap at the sink, no shower gel in the shower dispensers. Not enough towels for two people.
Room is fairly clean, interesting looking but definitely worn. As I lay here listening to everything in the room rattle to continuous heavy bass at 2 am I can say that the mattress is fairly comfortable and there are a nice variety of pillows that I wish could help me sleep.
There are thousands of rooms in Vegas, I doubt anyone comes back to this one willingly.

Stayed here for 4 days. My sister and I arrived some time around 9am. We were told there were no rooms available and check in was at 4pm which seems a bit ridiculous. If we wanted to check in earlier, we had to pay a fee which was confusing. Before 4p was $30 and if earlier the price was about $60.
Got to our room at around 1:25p after paying the fee. The aesthetic is nice and a bit dark. Sadly, it was not the cleanest and room service was very minimal. We had to call for them to come and clean and ask for more towels. I pulled the blankets to check the mattress and the cover was disgusting. There were black “particles” in the shower. The room had no ventilation whatsoever. And the curtains had heavy dust on them. I had an allergic reaction to the sheets and had to see the doctor when I got back home. Not sure if it was the grade of sheets or detergent they are using but this is the first I ever reacted to sheets at a hotel.
Sadly when we got there whoever the lady was at the desk was not very knowledgeable and helpful as we wanted the security hold on another card but she charged one card the full price. We get back home and my sister has been refunded the whole amount of the room and they later pulled the funds again. It was a back and forth game of funds showing up in her account and being taken out which is even more confusing.
The last day when we checked out there was a different lady at the desk and she was very kind and much better than the one before.
Nearby activities: Great options near for activities.
Walkability: There were plenty of places near.

We booked the penthouse and when we showed up they said it wasn’t available. How is it not available if I booked it online through your app?! This is the 2nd time this has happened. The location is great but the front desk service isn’t. They even charged us for the penthouse even though we didn’t get it. Will not return to The Cromwell.

No valet 3 days per week so you get to play hide and go seek with your car when you check out. Rooms are tired and old but priced accordingly. I’m pretty much done staying here.

Beware if you stay here and bring your own coffee pods. They are charging $25 to use the coffee maker in the room. Even if you don't use any of their products.
What's next? A charge to use the shower, blow dryer, iron, toilet, electricity, etc?
These charges are getting out of hand. $50 resort fee doesn't cover the coffee pot!!
The room is very noise from the strip as well. The rooms are showing their age since the last remodel
Rooms: The rooms show a lot of wear on them without upkeep.
Nearby activities: The strip is very loud in the rooms.
Food and drinks: Not enough food options open
Noteworthy details: They charge to use their coffee maker!!

What's sad is that I liked this place BUT they charged me a food and beverage fee of $54, claiming I took the phone charger which I did not. I took a photo of everything before I left because I have heard how Vegas hotels can be. I showed it to the front desk at check out but they won't verify for themselves. I had to wait for a third party company to "verify" before getting refunded. I did eventually get the money back 5 days later but still, I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I know that they are sensory activated even though they were not labeled as such because our friends warned us beforehand so I avoided them like the plague. Other than that I liked the style of the room. Other people don't like how dark it is but I actually prefer it. I absolutely loved the shower. It was spacious, with a handheld and rainfall showerhead option, water got hot fast, stayed steamy in there encased in glass and tile. The vanity was great too. I'm not sure if it was just the way our room faced but the windows are not well sound proofed so the street traffic and music on the strip late at night was really loud even if you go to sleep later than 1am. So I have mixed feelings about this place because there were aspects that I loved and aspects that I hated.

Check in at the Cromwell, we walked right up to the desk and we're checked in immediately, super convenient! The hotel is all warm tones and a very seductive vibe. That is all good for a lobby and hallways but the rooms are so dark. The lighting is terrible! They do give you a make-up vanity so at least you can get ready. If you look close the rooms are pretty run down, the bad lighting makes sense. You see less. It was clean and bug free though. The casino is small and tight but less smokey than the other big casinos. They do have a little cafe for a quick sandwich or breakfast, very reasonably priced and delicious. Great location, easy walk to bigger casinos and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
Rooms: Clean and bug free. Just a little run down. Broken tile, clogged sink, missing trim and peeling wallpaper.
Walkability: A little convenient store a block away for bottle water and snacks.

Centrally located in the heart of the Strip. The casino is small but has an old school elegant vibe. Plus they have the Giada restaurant. Have not had a chance to stay in the rooms yets.

Feels a little run down with a modern update. Furniture and aesthetic pieces seem to be damaged a bit and need some upkeep. Pretty small room. Doors in hallway are pretty audible and can wake you up.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I would rather sleep in my car. The rooms are dirty, beds are small, and there is no effort to soundproof; you can hear the casino, hallway, neighbors, and the strip all night.
Secondly, the WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms, and even if it did, you are limited to 20 megabytes per day plus a maximum of two devices. I brought my son downstairs to do homework, and asked the concierge if they could watch him for a few minutes since the WiFi downstairs works. They said yes, but less than 20 minutes later, security called me and told me that I needed to come back because I had abandoned my child. Then, they proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t access any of the facilities because of this, and if I stepped foot anywhere, they would have me arrested in front of my family for trespassing. It was infuriating having the security read me my “limitations” in front of my son, which was completely inappropriate, and I even watched them debate if I was allowed to use the public restroom. Then, management came up to me and told me that they agreed completely with their security’s decision, obviously showing their incompetence too. Don’t come here. The concierge are the nicest part, but obviously everyone else is clueless. The hotel isn’t nice or clean, and even if it was, it’s not worth the bull**** I put up with.
Rooms: Smaller than usual, windows and doors aren’t soundproof, so you can hear noises in the hallway, the strip, and the casino all night long. There is a large glass window next to the shower, meaning that if housekeeping walks in and you’re doing anything in the bathroom, they’ll see you.
Safety: Security is incompetent. I would trust a random person on the street more than the Cromwell’s security.
Noteworthy details: Security is incompetent. They yelled at me and my son for him doing homework in the lobby, even with explicit concierge permission. Then, they told me that I was limited to my room, and if I stepped foot anywhere besides my room, that they would have me arrested for trespassing. Reading me what I was being “charged” with in front of my son was completely inappropriate and unacceptable too.

This place is a shitshow first of the room is dirty and old looks nothing like the photos. Second of I was told if I step foot on the casino Capet I get arrested for trespassing when I’m staying at the hotel. Do NOT stay here if you have kids or any other option stay away from this hell hole of a hotel
Rooms: Dirty and old not like the photos
