One of the more stylish hotels in Vegas especially if you spend the relatively small splurge on an upgraded room; regular rooms are quite ordinary and not really worth the cost vs. many of their competitors. Especially if you can swing a Bellagio fountain view room, it's pretty nice. The first three floors of casino and restaurants are quite pretty and eye catching. Location is great but probably about as far south as I'd say is the heart of the strip.Noteworthy details: Decor the first three floors is, if not iconic, then still one of the most recognizable party scenes in Vegas.

You'll need a guide to get around back of the house. So many floors, I got lost. Employee dining room was excellent food for cheap. Great

Best central resort. High end. Needs Microwave for business travelers (no leftovers, everything in restaurants), human concierge helpful. The AI Concierge will try to get you alone, watch out!

Avoid! Rude staff, dirty rooms, and some of the basic functionalities in the room does not work. This is not the old cosmopolitan.

Poor customer service in various departments throughout the hotel, I can forgive the team members, but not the management. This place has gone well below an acceptable Food and Beverage standard since the MGM took over. The wicked spoon buffet is a true a disappointment now, with a substandard generic assortment of mediocre selections that were poorly prepared and not at the proper temperature cold or hot. This product and property no longer represents a value for money that I'm interested in. What a shame, used to love to take my friends family here...It gives me no pleasure to write this and I am merely trying to support the community of locals and sparing them a wasted experience for the hard earned money.TY

This is the only place I stay if it's available and the rates aren't sky high because of time of season or an event. It is classy and trendy and has all the amenities or if it doesn't there are options close by.It has a Casino, a Starbucks, nightclub, barber shop, clothing shops, blow dry bar,and Chandelier bar that is three levels of the hotel. It is also central to shops, other venues like T-Mobile. Arena, Alliegent Stadium, the Sphere, the Bellagio fountain, Miracle Mile shops, Eiffel Tower or a quick cab ride to outlet malls or the Convention Centre. There are many great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a late night pizzeria for something after those late night outings.

We stay here about once a month. Normally we have the best experience. This time Marcy was checking us in and she was AWFUL. Horrible attitude. Treated us like trash. I asked for the manager, and Marcy called her in front of me and tried to explain herself. The manager came out with an horrendous attitude. Absolutely terrible. Marcy it's very obvious you hate your job. And the manager who "helped" I have no idea how you can be in that role.Just found a used condom In our room...see pic

I was a big fan of the Cosmopolitan until today. My wife and I went to the buffet and after waiting over an hour we still weren't getting in. I complained and the racist manager (we are a mixed race couple) decided to call hotel security AND the police. Other buffet managers said yes the service was not up to par. Validating our claim.Security got physical with me. Not doing anything he tried to grab me. For what? I'm 68 and my wife 70. Seriously?? They escorted us up to our room; 2 police officers and 4 upper security management for the hotel. They threatened to arrest us for trespassing in the elevator ride up to our room where they locked the doors and forced us to pack. Then followed us to our car in the garage and watched us leave. It was an over the top cancellation of our stay and they were completely unsympathetic.

I stayed at The Cosmopolitan for a quick girl's trip before Thanksgiving. I've previously stayed at Bellagio & Vdara & enjoyed the newer property, modern vibe & ease of room accessibility in that you don't have to go through the casino floor to reach your room. Also, the casino is on the main floor with restaurants on the 2nd & 3rd floor so if you want to skip the smoky casino level, you can go across the hotel on either the second or third floors, which we did during most of our stay. There's generally a long check in line but it moves quickly. I reserved a room with a city view & was offered the choice of a high or low floor. I chose a higher floor, so it would have a nicer view. I was very pleased with the room size & even more with the gorgeous view from the room. I liked the double sinks in the bathroom too. The only downside was the safe in the closet which was not working, so I just locked up any valuables in my suitcase when I left the room. There's a variety of casual restaurants on the 2nd floor & more formal restaurants on the 3rd floor and the nightclub Marquee, on the 2nd floor with several fun bars on the main level. I enjoyed my stay & would definitely stay here again.

Never in a million years could I imagine that it would take 45 minutes just to check in to a hotel, but I guess that's what you're signing up for in Vegas (???!?). There was also no coffee maker or kettle in the hotel room, which is also shocking to me. Yes, you can get a kettle delivered but the delivery fee is something like $11?It's only my second time in Vegas so maybe I just don't know how things work, but I'm definitely not coming back if this is the norm. Also, when I booked this hotel in August 2023 there was free self parking for hotel guests, but shortly after they now charge $18/day for self parking even for hotel guests....bait and switch, anyone? At least they delivered slippers when I called and asked for them.

Our checkin was a breeze! Amanda was fantastic during the processPro tip: there is no coffee in the rooms but if you are a Bonvoy member (or quickly sign up) you can get free Starbucks in the Autograph LoungeOur room was stunning! A one bedroom terrace balcony fountain view suite has plenty of room, views for days and a bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. There were so many bars, restaurants and the casino was paying out! Clique had great drinks and their music was on pointPro tip: go to the Chandelier Bar and get the secret Verbena drink. Secret pizza (which isn’t really secret anymore) is worth the waitBook Beauty & Essex via the Tao Group and order the Tomato Soup app. The filet was one of the best I’ve had in years!!!!! This was my favorite meal this visit by farThe Blvd pool was closed but people were still using the Chelsea pool. We don’t make it to any of the speakeasy’s but they were busy. The Ski Lodge was cute but recommend the bar.Highly recommended!

Absolutely humongous the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was a wonderful stay with a group of my friends. They have great restaurants inside and beautiful pool and spa. If you love to gamble this is your spot, rooms were clean and modern.

A gem of a hotel/casino!Still shining bright some 10 years later. I went post Covid shutdown of 2020 and enjoyed weekly free play and a weekly dining credit. I tried out a number of restaurants, such as Hattie B's Hot Chicken, China Poblano and Holstein's. I also had some jumbo margaritas from China Poblano that were much better at a discount from the $28 regular priceThe decor of the Cosmo is matched by few, if any Strip locations. It always has an elegant feel, and nothing compares to Chandelier Bar! The variety of restaurants is amazing. I mean, Secret Pizza!! I love a good casino poker bar, and there are a few here, including The Chandelier (which I believe didn't have gaming when it opened), the sports bar and a bar in High Limit table games. All offer drink comps for players. Clique bar is run separately, but the gaming bar does comp too.I stayed one night using a casino comp for being a Sterling member, in a terrace room. The room was bigger than I expected, I liked the large entry and the big bathroom. My view of City Center was ok. I wasn't in the room enough to really enjoy the terrace, but it's a nice amenity.

Came here for a concert and not only were the staff and security incredibly rude, but they didn’t honor the number system that was being set up by fans who had come early. Instead threatening to trespass us and then not inform anyone when they were letting people line up. Just a horrible experience.

The view we had from our room luxury suite was amazing, but first thing we noticed was how HEAVY the door is to open. The cleanliness could’ve been better. I would turn on a light and see dust flying around in the air. I’m also very disappointed to not see a microwave in our room, or any other appliances other than a VERY very small mini fridge to use. They of course have a larger mini fridge in the room as well, filled with what I assume to be very overpriced drinks. It’s clear all they want is money. No dresser in the room too…. The balcony also looked like no one has cleaned the ground or window of it in who knows how long. Also furniture is cramped together so we had to move things around to not smack our toes on them. The elevators are also a nightmare. Everyone I rode down with was very unhappy. If you’re on a 40 level floor and need to get down, you can find yourself stopping every floor. The it made me feel sick multiple times due to that. On the outside it’s nice, but when you focus on the details there’s so much wrong with this place. For the price it’s insane… especially with no microwave!!!Rooms: A luxury suite does NOT come with a microwave, a dresser, or a large enough mini fridge.Noteworthy details: Elevators are awful with how long they take to get to you, and how long it takes to get down to the first floor. If you have motion sickness do NOT go on these elevators. I don’t have motion sickness but it affected me nonetheless
