The collision Center hands down is the best experience I have had with a body shop. With three kids, a wife, and the drivers in this town, I have had the unfortunate burden of having to deal with several different shops on 4 or 5 occasions. This is my second time using them and Natalie their estimator is great. This time I was rear ended while I sat at a red light by a DUI driver. Once again I went to see Natalie to get my Durango back on the road. Just like before she was very kind and took her time with me and my car. She did not hesitate to get down on her hands and knees to thoroughly check out the damage to my car, she even got on her back and scooted up under the rear bump to check. Some other places gave little care to my misfortune and even less to their assessment of damage to my car. A couple of places held a phone camera upside down and held it under the body to take a picture to do their estimate, instead of looking. Their process works great for me. They dealt directly with the insurance company for all the expenses and approvals and were ready to arrange a rental car for me if needed. I would receive calls from Natalie or Vigen keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. Their shop did a fantastic job on my car! The paint matched perfectly with old, and the body lines of my vehicle in their work area matched right up with existing so you couldn't tell it was even hit. When they were finished, they even detailed my car, so it came out cleaner than it did going in. I would definitely recommend The Collision Center to anyone in need of their services.

I asked for a painted hood and they did above and beyond for what I asked for at a price you can’t find anywhere in Vegas. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and just great people overall. The building was very clean and professional. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere without at least checking these guys out.

I had only had my new (to me) car before it was hit and needed extensive repairs. Natalie was SUPER kind and patient with me ......and trust me when I say I called all the time......... I was so stressed out trying to work out a rental car with the other driver's insurance company (that took their sweet time approving/haggling estimates).....and she was in constant communication with them to try to expediate that process for me which truly made a huge difference!Also, a shout out to Anthony for making sure that extensive work was completed without worry and as soon as possible. I hope to never need a collision shop again, but such is life, and if I do, you better believe I'll be back here.

I had the hood and fenders on my jeep painted, and it looks amazing! The car came back clean and looking beautiful!

Let me start off by saying Natalie is the best she is so patient and will go above and beyond to help in any given situation ! If you have issues with your insurance and you need updates they are fast to provide you with answers and details of what’s going on , they don’t leave you hanging like other places when you call to ask about general questions or even questions about the work and how long things will take . The staff was quick to help with the things I needed to get out my car since unfortunately my second claim I took out with my new insurance didn’t want to pay for the rest of the damages I needed to cover ? but I was greeted with smiles and helped with taking my plates and other items off my car ! If I ever need a reliable and worthy place most definitely go here they work with you all the way ! I appreciate all the staff here

Had bumper damage after an object hit my car while driving home. They worked with insurance and did an amazing job. They were timely and had excellent communication and took care of just about everything with the insurance.They even ordered and replaced a part that was damaged that wasn’t part of the accident as a courtesy.Would recommend and go here again.

What a wonderful crew! Samantha and Natalie were excellent with their knowledge and resources to get me through my ordeal of working with different agencies to have the repairs done after a collision. My vehicle looks amazing, wonderful job!

The Collision Center is worth every dollar and minute. They provided spectacular service on two cars that I needed estimates performed on. When it comes down to their work, they are thorough and do not miss a beat when performing their inspections. If you trust in them and let them do their work, they excel beyond expectations. They fixed up my 2010 Honda Accord that was involved in a rear end accident and turned it into a pearl. They will excel beyond expectation just give them the car and the claim and they can do the rest!

Came into get our Cadillac fixed. The lift gate was broken in and unable to open along with a horrid dent. They are able to order the part we needed and had the car done by the end of the week! Thanks a million The car looks great and is completely fixed

I had the best experience with them, everybody was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made the whole process very easy, I couldn't recommend them enough. To top it all off my vehicle turned out amazing, and their facility is beautiful!
