I ordered a dress back in June of last year. Every time I call, I keep getting told that they’re having issues with latex overseas. I will be calling today to ask for my money back on this item. I’ve never had such horrible experience buying before.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !! I ordered something two months ago and still never received it. I placed the order 09/13/2023 reached out on 10/13/23 got told it’s gonna be four weeks plus. It’s 11/17/2023, so I recently reached out in two different emails and getting no response. Lost my money and still don’t have what I ordered. Praying I’m not totally getting scammed. (update) 12/27 Didn’t get scammed the hood arrived. Still no emails responding. Came dirty.

This place was GREAT!!!!The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and there was a very nice supply of items for some kinky fun!!!! The Black Room is a must see when going to Vegas!!!!

Great place. Don't listen to the nay sayers idk what they have against Franz he's a great guy. We spent a hour or so in there back in August. Have bought things off his Etsy too. The stuff is coming from over seas not from Vegas so yes it takes a bit.

Had to check it out because I'm Austin Texas there's no store at all that offers latex clothing let alone the whole huge state of Texas so Vegas the black room it was! Got a bad ass lil black latex dress usually I wear a size xs to small but the owner told me I was a medium and I'd be damned if he wasn't 1000 %right lol I'll be shopping online until I can visit again

What an absolute headache to deal with. I ordered two dates pieces in August and only received them in December after having to message and inquire about the status of the order multiple times. I was told it'd be a couple weeks to get the product, then past that I was told they were still waiting for the product, then I was told they got it and it'd be shipped that week, then a month later I hadn't received a tracking number so I reached out again twice and didn't hear back either time. It got to the point where I had to open a dispute through PayPal, and once I did, they suddenly managed to ship the product but said they had attached a tracking number -- they didn't, as far as I could see. It was nowhere. I had to ask for them to just send it to me directly, and I got a notification that it was added to the order after that. This store seems horribly disorganized. The product is not bad, not great, and definitely not worth the hassle.

I called to see if I can try on topsI drove 30min to the storeIt was just myself (30 yr old F) & shop owner (65+ yr old male) he seemed nice until I went into the "fitting rooms" (gross, & pretty sure there's a cam, look up) anyways, he asked me to show him and made fun of me when I refused, saying that beint shy isn't allowed in his shop.I ran out.Don't shop here.

First, I have never written a bad review. Stay clear of this place. I ordered an item 1/5/22. after multiply emails i finally received my item on 4/29/22 in a torn box which was the wrong size. xl instead of a small. I returned it on 5/1/22 having to pay $13 in shipping personally . I finally received my item without in a box and although it had a tag on it, it appeared to have been worn.. I don't want used lingerie for $152. It as if someone wore it , stretched it out a then stuffed it in an envelope. Franz is a horrible business owner. AVOID BUYING FROM HIM

The owner has shamelessly stolen from me. Currently I am in a nasty, dragged out fight to get my money and stuff back. I treat the money and stuff basically as lost and am here, finally after eight months of placing the order, to expose this fraud business. Basically, after a whopping SEVEN MONTHS delay, with A MILLION excuses and extended hide and seek in between, I got sent one wrong item and one missing, totaling 100$ the store owes me. Just when I thought I was finally done with this ordeal after seven months of having my money held hostage and having to fight to get my due, of course I got sent a totally screwed up order. By the way, the rest of the items are either too big or too small and I cannot use any of them. I contacted this guy multiple times regarding the wrong and missing items and it was ANOTHER MONTH before I finally got hold of the seller and he shamelessly game a wrong higher quote (he thought I was stupid and didn't check the website) so that he could refund me less owed money. After this he just DISAPPEARED all together. If you want to pay money to get EIGHT MONTHS of tremendous stress and worry, and it's still ongoing, feel free. On Google map review (search Blackroom on google map and there is review), you will see way more negative, honest reviews than here it's abhorring. I suppressed my anger for months and tried to communicate politely, which got me absolutely nowhere. I ordered in April and got sent the crap package in November, still I had good faith and it was not until he gave me a wrong higher quote so he could refund me less, thinking I'm stupid and can't check the website for myself, then vanished, that was the last straw and I realized this whole time I've been scammed. This guy gave me very creepy vibes when I first visited. I should have known and not had a leap of faith and placed an order around $350 at store, and struggled to keep my doubts down for months. Always trust your instinct about creepy dudes.Response to not sending him credit card exp date:1. When talking on the phone I made double sure by asking explicitlyif he needed my exp number he said no only card number is good. 2. He COULD HAVE replied to the email I sent with my card number, letting me know that he also needed exp number and I would have told him immediately. It takes two seconds to reply to me. Instead he not only did not reply to that email, the following five days I sent a couple of follow-up ones none of which was responded, until my review here. This is the context of having my order seven months late and another month of repeated attempts at getting hold of him to discuss refund issue. My exp date is 09/23, there you go. NOW let's see if you will refund my money. At the end of the day, all arguments aside, you still kept my refund and one item you need to send me.
