An experience that will be remembered for a lifetime! I first want to give a big shoutout to Sanja and her supporting staff members. Sanja, you're an amazing person and have a timeless heart of gold.
While doing our Christmas shopping, my in laws went ahead of us to the Rolex store as my wife and I were catching up. When we walked into the store my wife and I were welcomed from all the staff members and found Sanja with my in law.
It was heart warming to see Sanja on the way she treated my in laws with her patience, willingness to help and most importantly treating customers like family. Blessfully to say my in laws has been closer than blood and I do my best to ensure their health and happiness.
Thank you again Sanja and Rolex Boutique Bellagio for delivering expertional customer experiences! My family will continue to support this store and Sanja for an amazing job. Merry Christmas and have a blessed holiday.

WOW! Where do I start with this review? This store is nothing short of a marvel in design and customer service. From the immaculate attention to detail in its displays, as well as exquisite and private purchasing rooms, to the ultra friendly staff, this store checks all the boxes within the prestigious Bellagio. I had the pleasure of completing a purchase in this store with Mario. From start to finish, Mario has been more than communicative and straightforward, not to forget mentioning super friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by this store and making it a point to meet the wonderful staff.

Ivana helped my dad get his dream watch, a two tone submariner, after helping me get my datejust, her energy has to be seen to be understood how wonderful she is, she is kind and patient and explains any questions you have, I have purchased Rolex at a different location, and i will only purchade with Ivana from now on. I was in Las Vegas for an aviation convention where I was select to a small group of young professionals. I wanted to purchase something special to remember the occasion. I stopped by Tēsorīnī knowing it would be less than likely to walk out with a Rolex. I met Ead, we connected very quickly and she generally cared for my reasoning for coming in. She helped us try on pieces and well we left Vegas a couple days later with my first Rolex Watch. Overall great buying experience. I look forward to many more watches from Ead.
