Got our car all done up with the works here today and it feels like a new car again!**By far the best service I've had at an auto spa to date.**Really friendly and helpful staff, and they do fantastic work. We drove across town for it and I'm glad we did! I cannot remember the spa managers name but he was awesome. Thank you!

No empty spaces or vacuums...but cars are pulling to take spaces and vacuum with no wash. I was told by employee that vacuums are free for everyone to use. What about for us that pay $20-30mo for plans? Remember...Vacuums are free for everyone to use! Also, the pandemic is over. Time to get back to full service car washes.

The car wash took our money but it would not run. A worker inside reported that it was not running. The manager looked at me then him and said "he-will be right out." He came right and started it up. Maybe he shouldn't have because it definitely SUCKED.Maybe he knew something she didn't? It was TERRIBLE!

This review is strictly about the Car Wash...everyone at this location has been amazing - I have been getting my car washed here since pre-COVID when it was interior and exterior...and man do I miss the interior wash! I had the monthly membership and then when it came to COVID when the interior side of it stopped. There were no issues getting my membership downgraded to exterior wash only, and good because it's all they were offering. Rebecca Jasso from the main office has been so helpful with everything including adding my second vehicle to a membership. The supervisors at this location have always been so friendly and helpful. I hope they are able to stick around since most locations are strictly automatic. For now this location still has a crew to brush down the cars upon entry and the crew working that have always been careful and thorough.

First impressions and lasting impressions is what moves us all I have stopped going to places that I have been faithfully going for years all due to service cleanliness and overall attitude of their staff. I have been in and out of Terrible's 5 times within the last month I'm impressed by far this location is managed very well everything's clean and set up perfectly I love how I can get my car and truck washed by people with an amazing attitude and patience even the cashiers i have encountered buying my routine beverage have had a great consistent attitude since day one keep up the great work and service I will definitely be back again and again oh Ya love the app it's my go to when I'm on my lunch break

My car came out sparkling each time I went $18 for the Bad Guys Best and Honestly them doing the towel at the end is amazing. I want to travel back to them again but maybe each time I will get a lower package. The equipment should be updated and replaced at some locations. Although it cleans very well I am satisfied. Will be returning as needed for a wash. The employees also helped me pick a wash and the service was friendly. They earned a customer for life.

This is the one on Cheyenne and Tenaya. I was told they had a brushless carwash. I had never been to one before but my Jaguar is new and I didn't want it scratched. I had to ask for a paper towel to dry the wet spots. I wasgiven a code to put in when I got to the machine. No one told me anything about how to use it. I sat in line and when I got close, I realized there was no place to put the code. And it was very high! I couldn't reach from my car. I got out and slipped on the wet floor and almost fell. Just having back surgery this Spring, there was no way I was going to take a chance. The car behind me backed up so I could leave. I went into the store and asked for my money back. Just awful.

I went here for the car wash ....it ate my ?...but the clerks and Steve were super nice got me my money out of the machine, gave me a complimentary wash and made sure I made it thru OK since i was the first wash of the day....very very nice guys!! I will be returning
