Prepaid $80 for gas. She put it on the wrong pump. Went to go back in the store and there’s a sign printed out she will be right back. Terrible snow can’t afford the payroll to have more than one employee to cover for breaks. I’ve watched numerous customers leave after seeing the doors locked. Me or my employees will ever use a Terribles again

I frequent this gas station often to get gas & snacks and go on my merry way. Today I prepaid $10 and went out to the pump. I instantly noticed something was wrong when the pump had no gas coming out and the meter wasn’t moving. I went inside and let the attendant know and she said it’s probably just going slow because it’s cold. Then the pump starts moving verrrry slowly. It took 12 minutes for $10 in gas to “pump” I still didn’t feel any gas moving through the pump and thought it was odd. I then turned my car on and noticed that I was still on exactly half a tank. Essentially I got no gas so I let the attendant know. At this same time the person on the other side of the pump was having the same problem. The attendant called the district manager and they both said “sorry nothing we can do even if you only got little drops you still got gas so you can’t be refunded”I’ve worked for the FTC long enough to know it’s illegal to pay for an item or service that wasn’t rendered so once I mention that I was then offered a refund. I took my money and left I will never go here again especially since I know the district manager was aware of the situation and didn’t care.

Do you know what is unique about this has station store? There is a water fountain inside,near the poker machines so one can simply get water without bothering the cashier ?

Terrible's at St. rose Never have I ever left a negative review or a one star because I can't post without a star. I don't know how long it's been but every time I come here it's closed after 10 PM doors are locked no one in site the music is on loud. I don't get it. There are no signs posted indicating that the establishment is closed for any period of time after 10 PM. I ask, why staff the facility and why pay them to be there to waste time and money. I purchased a car wash from a gentleman earlier today at 8:25 PM. I have the receipt I can post it along with time and date stamps as well. I went to the car wash, the car wash is out of service. Up sell a car wash to out of service equipment. (He did not, I'm being...)What bothers me, is my car wash code expires on 1/16/2022. In Just an Hour or so. I don't know... I know Terrible's has a much better reputation than this and I have been in living in Las Vegas for 30 years @, this year. Unfortunately, I am not sure what's going on with constantly being closed. I've watched 12 people try to pull on the door since I have typed since message. The door says hiring all locations. Fine, hire me! I am Operations Management capable. I definitely would never lock the doors every time I'm here. COVID, I get it. I am a respiratory therapist at the trauma center here in Las Vegas. Please keep us informed. Thank You! Unfortunately very dissatisfied... for something as simple as communication. It is now 10:35 pm in leaving. Please refund my car wash. P.S. Yelp does not reflect any hours including closed hours. Needed gas and stopped by the Terribles on St Rose/Maryland Pkwy. Only had cash on hand and my husband stood outside the door for 20 minutes while the cashier locked the store and ignored him the whole time he was trying to pay for gas. He didn’t even acknowledge him but passed by the door while he was standing outside. No sign was posted so I’m not sure why he’s not opening the door?!?!! Don’t even deserve a star ??
