Date of Visit: July 29, 2023, 8 PMUpon my visit to your car wash facility last Saturday evening, I encountered a series of challenging and frustrating circumstances. Notably, there were mechanical difficulties with both the card reader and the token counting mechanism of the northernmost washing bay.Even though I inserted 8 tokens into the machine, I was only provided with a total of 6 minutes of washing time. To compound my dissatisfaction, many of the essential washing features, such as the foam cannon soap, were nonfunctional. In contrast, the water pressure gun, the accompanied cleaning liquids, and the air dryer were the only amenities in working order.My allotted time was insufficient to complete the washing process, resulting in the necessity of purchasing additional tokens with my remaining $5. However, these newly purchased tokens were unaccounted for by the malfunctioning machine.In need of assistance, I endeavored to reach out to customer service via the provided phone number, which only led me to a voicemail service. The cashier present at the time, disassociated themselves from the car wash operation, offering no further assistance or resolution.In order to complete the wash, I had to incur additional charges to withdraw money from the ATM, as my vehicle was still partially covered in soap. I was severely dissatisfied with the quality and condition of the self-service car wash, and the indifferent attitude of the cashier only added to the overall poor experience.In conclusion, the multitude of issues I encountered during my visit suggests a need for immediate rectification. I am hopeful that my feedback will encourage a prompt resolution of these concerns, thereby improving the quality of service for future patrons.Best regards,An unsatisfied customerServices: Auto detailing

I washed in the bay to the right of the pump room and I was very dissatisfied.The tire cleaner didn’t work then the Presoak had a leak in the hose by the boom and sprayed chemicals all over my face and arms. The foam brush was hardly any foam. I had to push the little foam there was around until I just give up then the spot free didn’t work either. I feel I waisted $13Good thing I’m only visiting this city because I would never come back.Very dissatisfied.

It really hasn't made any difference which Terrible Herbst/Chevron location you visit... simply because the company is very very strict about their employees treating all customers with the.. "..customer is always right...", mentality... Even when the customer is the one in the wrong.....ANNYYWAAAYYS... I'll shut up now.. But lemme end this review with some final thoughts. Unless someone specifically has experienced something negative at a Terrible Herbst, that's one thing... But for about 85 to 90 something percent of the time, most customers will be treated respectfully & etc.Keep up the good work !**thumbs up**
