The attendant wiped off everywhere on my car but 2 windows. When I spoke with a manager, they said they don't wipe down windows....then why did the attendant do all but 2? It was super misleading. I paid for the most expensive one to ensure my car was cleaned, and it's not.
I won't be returning.

Car wash was good, not great. It was $12 for a deluxe exterior and there was no attendant. Like most of these car washes, the back of the car and side mirrors were not dried and water-spotted.

There is no other car wash company out there as good as Terrible Herbst. I have used some of the other less expensive around town for the last few years. It may cost a few bucks more, but you never have to worry about driving out with some spots missed. The thing I love the most is the windows are clean, clean, clean. I don't have to re clean them after I get home.

5/28/23 3:30 pm Horrible customer service. The person who answered the phone didn’t know anything about the car wash. When I was inquiring about prices and hours, she had to ask.. then intentionally hung up on me. She said thank you and hung up on me before answering my questions. I called back three times and she never picked up again. Worst experience of my life. And just so Management gets the right woman… This was an American woman. I have frequented that store several times, and the other ladies who are very kind were of ethnic descent and had accents. This lady did not. I will not be returning to this location

I called to ask if they still had a full service car wash. Even explained to the lady that answered the phone what a full service car wash was. She said yes, twice. I got there, and they no longer have a full service car wash. She wasted my gas.

Not the best Terrible's I've been to. They don't have lids for their hot coffees. We came here around 0700 and we're the only ones there. The cashier came out and didn't respond to my "good morning" but instead stared me down the entire time I was in there. I felt very uncomfortable here.

This location is no longer a full service location. You have to vacuum and wipe down your on car.

Out of all the Chevron I like this one the most . I like the area it is in . Employees seem nice even management . only thing is the bathroom doors are hard to close .
