I was treated extremely rudely by the cashier. I believe he said his name was "Randy". He made it extremely clear, he had no interest in assisting me. His attitude was that of "I don't get paid enough" Initially I asked him a question about a sale I noticed. "Pepsi 2 for $5.50" . His response, in the most I don't care of tones, "I don't know if the sale is still going". I overlooked this, and attempted to purchase a 2 liter bottle of Mountain Dew. The register stated "Declined". The amount still was charged. Then he stated I had "$2 and change on my card, do i want to use it"? I told him it's supposed to be more than that. Long story short. This guy was extremely rude, extremely incompetent, and had no care the only money I had was taken. He just kept saying it's your card, you don't have the money, inflammatory comments like that. I guess you couldn't do any better than this guy, but he's the worst. Wouldn't be surprised if he did drugs in the bathroom. I'm a black man also, so this isn't a racial thing. That guy just needs to learn how to do his job. Also get some respect for other people. The guy was incredibly disrespectful. As I'm trying to understand what happened. He told me to get out the way so he could help someone else. This is how incidents in these places start. The staff is unbelievably disrespectful and incompetent. When you complain, it's like you did something wrong. This guy is gonna be a problem for that store if he isn't already.

Sure wish someone would answer the phone. I’ve been calling back to back to back for 28 minutes and now it’s just immediately busy dial tone like they disconnected it.
3 stars because the cashiers are always kind.

Walked in And bought 2 drinks. Needed to use the restroom asked the attendant if I could and he stated he had just “cleaned them” and “he closes them until the next shift”. It was 9:30. Next shifts arrives at 10. I paid for my drinks and left. Walking out his coworker arrived. I asked him if I could use the bathroom. He got the key and I used the rest room. When I opened the door it was apparent the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in several shifts. Paper and stuff was all over the floor the toilet seat was stained with urine and the floor at least around the the toilet hadn't been washed in at least a day. Just terrible service.
