Needs more workers for female employees truthfully it’s not enough to just have one person working by themselves at night in this city its dangerous and there should be changes to improve the store the snack selection was decent though so stop by for a quick snack!

CARWASH scanner for us that use the monthly pass is never working Manager or maintenance staff do not care to fix the problem and cashiers are scare to print a re-wash one time pass for us Is sad how some locations have great services and facilities and how some other terrible stations like this they really don't care

On August 9, 2022 I visited Terrible Herbst # 273. I am disabled and need a walker or wheelchair for mobility. I used the help buzzer at the pump for assistance only to have to go into the store for assistance. When I tried to make complaint, the cashier decided I was rude and refused to serve me. A young "gentleman" came out. The "lady told him to refuse me service. He explained that he had seen the call and dismissed it as gentleman could not see me from the window. I do not understand, are the associates not supposed to come out of the store and actually look to see if someone is at the pump? Let's add to this: August 29, 2002, same cashier refused me service, closed the pump & closed the store. Case #04303428_MKMU. There is no way to complain to store management. This case is directly with Chevron. This cashier may read these reviews, but does she really think she can tell anyone that their attitude is incorrect. Today she told me my attitude is foul because I am disabled and expect everyone to serve me. Please note, this cashier is African American. I believe she implied I was being racist, as well as disabled. Wait until she gets a load of my ex-husband. He will not tolerate her. He is also African American.

Cashier was extremely slow and she didn't say anything at all to us. I was confused when she just stared at us after she checked our stuff out. I'm not exaggerating she said absolutely nothing.

Terribles is a racist entity I walked in to get some Newport the white lady at the front asked me for my ID I went and got my ID to make my purchase a white man was behind me she did not ask him for his ID when he purchase alcohol pure race schism terribles is out out once I find out her name I will post it I had to leave out of the store because she started yelling racial slurs at me

Everyone here is normally friendly! Today was a LONG day to put it mildly. The cashier was so friendly and when she could tell I was having one of those days, she gave me a rainbow rose. It was so sweet and thoughtful! I always come back here, but will especially come back, because of people like her who show you they care.

Its easy, fast, and convenient. I did have an issue or two with different gas pumps not wanting to take my card, but it's not hard to pull up to the next one. The area is kind of sketchy and i don't feel comfortable stopping there unless it's during the day. This is where the 3 stars come into play. Also would like to see them improve on there customer service, the guy working the register didnt feel like doing his job.

Never go to this store!!! My 3 friends and I went to this store to use the restroom, which the brown hair lady said you need to buy something to use the restroom. No problem, after we go buy our item we headed to the bathroom which she then proceeded to yell at us. She was yelling like a maniac and we were scared. She kept repeating "What are you doing?" when we were clearly just waiting for the bathroom. The employee walked to the bathroom area and continued to yell at us about how we should get out of the store. I felt scared and I never want anyone else to feel this way. Never go to this store as you will get yelled at for using the restroom.

Whoever ownes this store must not screen 'llthe employees. The workers here could only be called "essential" if you were invading a foreign power circa 1400.
