This has been our every day store since we moved here, and I just wanted to point out that mist Tess and Miss Anna have been the sweetest and kindest people to us. both of them have become family to my husband, daughter, and I and they are the sole reason we continue to shop at that store every single day. My husband now use them as mother figures and honestly if they were to leave, the store wouldn’t be the same to us. We love and appreciate you Tess and Anna

The cashier complains when you give him a 20.00 bill I usually ignore him but today..he made a remark ..that I'm oblivious to what he was grumpy about... I turned and said I heard you but choose to not reply to you

Whoever the dude was working at this location on 5/27 @ 8:45am is VERY rude! My husband asked for $20 cash back, as is an option. The cashier said \\\"I don't have 20s.\\\" In a very angry tone. When my husband said he could take smaller bills the dude said \\\"It's a common misconception that we are a bank.\\\" Is this the service you approve of? I will not be going to ANY Terribles cause of this experience.

This is a place of business? I lost my wallet at the gas pump. Plus i live out of Vegas has to drive 6 hours back to see if that was were u misplaced my wallet because they don't answer there phone ? Wow chevron on Charleston just wow

8/29/2021I went into the store 268, at 9991 W. Charleston Bl, Las Vegas, NV 89117 purchased a blue colored drink, then noticed a sign on near buy wall stating "No Refills and No frizzles" (or something close to that spelling of Frizzle). I asked before even being run up, what exactly did " Frizzle" mean as I was a new customer who has never purchased from a Terrible Herbst store. My simple question was received with totally rude behavior, as if I had asked a question which neither of the 2 people working on shift could answer. Or was shocked that I even asked that question, and as if It did not deserve an answer based on the time for either one to respond. The person sweeping the floor walked up and stated that the cup I had in my had stated what flavor/type of drink I had dispensed. As I write this review, I have the cup on my home office desk and it has no such markings or identifications.Apparently, the 1 drink a selected was $2.89 and the other 3 were $1.89. (not a problem as I make over $250K a year) So I paid it with a credit card (Capital One MasterCard). I kept the receipt for this review in case it is challenged.I was then scolded aggressively and rudely, that I should read before making a choice then told me as I paid the $3.13.00 with tax "that this was not that difficult to figure out". in a very nasty and demeaning tone as I left the store.This is not acceptable and I will take it upon myself to write at least 2 reviews per day starting with this site, the BBB, google reviews, etc...until this experience is acknowledged and addressed. I am a 61 year old very successful black professional and I seriously doubt that a white man or woman would be treated this way as a customer of this establishment. I will share this experience with as many people as possible and advise them to pass your business up and find another store. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have had in a few years.

I haven't been to a gas station for 2 years and this is the cleanest one I've ever been to in Las Vegas. Right when I walked in there was a line but that went quicker than I expected. The employee Gregory was efficient, attentive, very welcoming as he acknowledges every customer that walks into the store and I love the fact that he's constantly disinfecting, cleaning, and organizing! Their slushy coffee flavors in mocha and vanilla is absolutely delicious and refreshing!
