This store smells like sewage. I presented my passport card for tobacco and they said it’s against the law to accept that as ID. Here’s the NV state law(b) Is presented a valid driver’s license, permanent resident card, tribal identification card or other written or documentary evidence which shows that the other person is 21 years of age or older; and(c) Reasonably relies upon the driver’s license, permanent resident card, tribal identification card or other written or documentary evidence presented by the other person.Why lie?

The best Terrible Herbst convenience store in the Las Vegas area. This is due to the absolute best employees Terribles employ at this location. The manager Cory, asst. manager James, and the night clerk David. Is three of Terribles, and the Las Vegas area's greatest asset.

Had this guy short change me. He some how turned what should of been a single transaction into multiple ones. I bought a juice and gave him $100 bill. Told him to “round up to the nearest 20 and put the rest on gas” I was expecting getting $80 back having 17 put on the pump. Instead he put 97 on the pump witch is more gas than my car can handle. When I told him of his mistake it took him forever to take the money and argued with me about it. Holding up a long line of people. He then put $20 on the pump and gave me back $75.. 2 dollars short. I gave him 100 for a $23 transaction and got back 75. I had to argue with him for ten minutes for him to finally admit his mistake. I know that this wasn’t an honest mistake because he gave me 25 one dollar bills when he had plenty of twenties in the register he could of given me. He had a really bad attitude and if his manager was in the store I’m sure he would of been fired on the spot for his terrible service. I will be avoiding this store in the future and telling my friends about it.

I never thought I'd be loyal to a gas station but I can't help but always come back here. The staff are friendly and professional. They keep that line moving fast and I appreciate that. I also saw the manager make it a point to let A postal employee that they are always welcome to a free drink even if they don't get gas every day. The respect and consideration of his attitude was very impressive to me. It's hard to put into words just how eloquent The gesture was. I like the pump and pour offer. I don't always use it but I think it's fun and I like how everyone leaves their receipts for people who may want a drink next time. I think the fact that it creates this natural " Pay it forward" gesture is the reason I keep coming back here. Even if it's cheaper down the street, they Will continue to get my business here. I'm also glad that the one employee has stopped smoking out front so customers don't have to walk through that. That hasn't gone unnoticed.

They are not 24/7!!! Showed up to get gas at 1:55 and was denied. The lady working was smoking outside and said they are closed from 2-4!

Here is a crazy employee that I'll Pursue by any definition!! She was screaming on my like crazy only because the Propane tank I was Purcshed didn't flow any gas! She just flipped over like a crazy women I asked for the manager and she didn't care ! I am in a total shock I have also the whole video of this crazy women screaming like crazy

I prefer Chevron gasoline and this Terrible Herbst location offers that and is conveniently located near my typical shopping areas. This location is at the corner of South Town Center Drive and West Charleston within a large shopping center. Every time I've been inside to pay for gas or get a few items I've received very good service. Today the lady reminded me about the Albertson's gasoline rewards when I was purchasing gas (I tend to forget about that). This location offers propane tanks. It's pretty inside and appears well stocked when I've browsed. No car wash at this location. This business has been established here for years. I guess it was overlooked all this time for Yelp, so here it is!

I frequent this location seeing that I work less than a block away. The cashier was mopping and told me they’re closed until 4 even tho the sign says 24 hours. This isn’t my first time stopping by to get squares after I get off work at 2:15. When I went to ask a question she walked away. I’m upset because now I gotta stop by a store on my way home and I catch the bus. Dry unfortunate.

How horrible to go to a gas station to use the restroom and you have a baby that you cannot leave in the car and you're traveling alone there's nothing in the restroom that allows a mother or a father to change their baby in the city Khalif you be sued for that if your mom and you have kids this is not the establishment to go to to use the bathroom for yourself they have nothing to accommodate children
