Rude and unprofessional staff, especially during the night shift. The Black male employee working at that time was dismissive and clearly had no interest in helping. I’m not the only one to experience this, just look at the reviews. This business seriously needs to reevaluate how it treats customers.

Zero customer service. No answer on the carwash help button. No answer via phone. Vacuums ZERO suction. Vacuums hoses on ground with no tips. Tried calling Terribles main dispatch #-no answer. Dirty. Potentially the worst location I have been to.
