Thursday 8/29/2024 at 7:30 PM The worst experience ever! A woman in charge of the store was extremely rude when I asked her to check why pump number 12 didn’t dispense gas but still charged my card. First, she immediately said it couldn’t be possible, implying I was lying. I politely asked her to check, but she started complaining about how everything goes wrong on the days she works. Then, she raised her voice, saying there was nothing she could do and that I should write down my information for someone to call me later. When I asked about my gas, she rudely responded that the incident report was for that purpose. I explained that I needed the gas now and couldn't pay again since the money was already taken from my account, but she said it wasn’t her problem. When I asked to speak to her manager, she called the Manager and the Manager Kristin told Big girl to call the police on me for asking for the gas I paid for. Not only did they take my money without giving me the gas, but she also insulted me and Instucted by her Manager KRISTIN big girl called the police. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office if I don’t hear from the KRISTIN resolve this which in my eyes is FRUD ill just wait until Tuesday, September 3rd.

Plenty of pumps available as always but this place is not the best right now due to constant roadwork in this area. Although not difficult to get in despite the roadwork ahead, it's still such a hassle for so many folks and it becomes a bottleneck buildup of cars often going in and out of the plaza.

Chevron is always my go to gas station when filling up. Plenty of pumps in good working order for filling up. There is also a Mini mart so you can purchase snacks and drinks. Filling up with Techron for the longevity of my cars motor. Gas prices are reasonable and didn't hurt the wallet to much. Fueled up and ready for the long haul back home.

The service here this morning was awful. The lady at the register was not helpful and needs an attitude adjustment and to learn what customer service is. Will pick a different gas station from now on.

I wish I could put 0 stars! The store clerk was extremely rude. Accused my sister of stealing because she left out the store after seeing that they didn’t have what she was looking for. I asked him for his name because he was rude and very disrespectful and he disrespectfully stated his name was Paul (if that was even his real name). I will never even get gas from them again.

Don't bother buying any vape pens or spending money at this location.. 1/10 they don't care about what you have to say. Unknowingly, they sold me a defective pen. I opened it in the parking lot and it was already blinking dead. I went back inside within 5 minutes to tell the cashier, Eugene, if he can exchange it for a new one because it was $20 for a broken pen and he couldn't do anything for me. Spend your time & money elsewhere with better service and people that actually care about their customers.

This chevron is always out of their fountain options and they are never apologetic about it. I frequent this gas station and they seriously are out of Dr. Peppery half the time I go.

Don't come here before 6am. The chunky cashier behind the counter will mad dog you if you ask for coffee creamer after they ran out of it and will sit there looking at you like she wants to kick your a*** She gave me that "I want to deport yo a*** look when I did.
