We needed to fill up the rental and buy drinks / snacks as the hotel was crazy expensive. The store was nice and clean, the staff was also very nice.

We were returning a rental SUV and we were refilling it up. The cashier was so nasty, my nephew asked to use the restroom and she said you all didn't have one. She is making your business looks bad with her terrible attitude. I can see from reading other comments she do other people like this lying saying that you don't have a restroom in your business, if she' lie, she will steal. When you refilling up a big SUV, that cost money. Her service don't deserve a one, she deserves a 0. We're from Florida visiting Vagas. This should be able totell which clerk who waited on us Register 2 Trans 835 8/14/23 @ 5:55 pm. Pump #14. This lady doesn't deserve to be working for your company around customers. She makes your business fits the name terrible. Tell Karen to stop lying to your customers. and being so unprofessionalThank you,Florida

Worst service ever received. The bathroom was running low on toilet paper and we let the cashier know. Then, when someone else in our small group needed to use the bathroom after other customers, it was out. We told her and she kicked us out! She slammed the door shut in my little brother's face and yelled at him. If I could give negative stars, I would. WORST PLACE EVER.

Every time this place does not have a receipt at the tank. Also during busy business hours, clerk is playing with their phone and does not acknowledge thank you!Terrible customer service!

Use this station usually to fill up our rental car before return each year.. and grab a drink. This time used the restroom... kind of dirty but it worked! Did not have an issue with the Cashier or anyone.

Horrible gas station. Manager jack shouldn't make a single penny again in his life. As a matter of fact, terrible Herbst should be out of business. But you know who helps me out with that? Well, it loves up to it's name and attracts patrons that could only be described as the same.... avoid this place if you value your life - especially if you want any gas beyond regular unleaded (they're out of everything)

The older lady with brown hair in a ponytail just took her mask off and coughed AND sneezed in her bare hand and then handed our items to my daughter. We are riddled with Covid and this was just plain disturbing and gross! Check your cameras Terribles! 1.5.21 at 7:50 pm.
