This place provides Chevron gas. On the Chevron app it notes that there is a restroom available. When I asked cashier Marlena to use the restroom she said that there is no restroom for the customers to use because it's broken. I asked her where does she go to use the bathroom and she replied the the restroom was broken. I asked if she held her urine all day until the end of her shift and she said yes and to go across the street and use the bathroom. I am so tired of gas stations in bad neighborhoods not providing restrooms for paying customers. The coffee tasted awful by the way.

Disgusting. Was told they're out of Arizona Teas, which is understandable in a below poverty level area, but after being told the fountain drinks were on a "You have to purchase the cup 1st," level @ 1.40, I just left. Sorry to interrupt the cashiers funny stories to her friend. Buyer beware...

Went to the car wash, paid $10 for the stampede. It was just one quick run through the wash, nothing else. Other locations would wash the windows and vacuum inside. Not this location. To make things worse, the wash itself was not good. Lots of missing spots with dirty windows in corners and dirty sections of car. It cleaned some areas of the car of course but many areas were still dirty.

Honestly the worst place ever. The cashier was so rude and would yell at the customers for talking in the store because he couldn’t hear. That’s not the customers fault. If that’s the case get a hearing aid. It’s not like anyone in the store was shouting and screaming. So that’s not our problem, sounds like his problem that he needs to fix. We can’t accommodate to him. We have the right to talk in the store as we please.And I was trying to pay with card and the machine kept messing up and kept blaming me for it and banged on the machine and was rolling his eyes. Then he FINALLY realized it was the machine and fixed and still gave me dirty looks. I honestly felt very uncomfortable, scared, and unwelcome and I wanted to get out of there FAST. I really wish I could have looked at the name tag because something needs to be done with that employee, but I will give the date and time that I was there: 14 September 2021 at around 22:30-22:40. It’s rude and unprofessional. If customer service is so bad and annoying then leave it.Very disappointed. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Today was a good day at Terrible's Car Wash on Flamingo and Maryland pkw because I complained to the attendant about the last time I had my car washed how dissatisfied I was with the individual who wipes the car with the brush before it rolls through he was very sympathetic and as it turns out to keep a good customer I received the top of the line car wash.

I go to this Terrible's all the time to spend 60 bucks nearly every day to fill up my tank. I ran out of the house this morning to take my dog to the park while it was still cool and forgot my wallet. I ended up needing to go to the bathroom on an emergency so I stopped in at the Terrible's that I spend about a thousand bucks a month to ask if I could use the restroom. She asked if I was buying anything and I told her that I buy gas here but I left my wallet at home and it was an EMERGENCY but the girl wouldn't budge even though I explained to her that I spend money all the time there but she would rather have me bought a piece of gum than to continue to spend a thousand bucks a money there. I ended up going to the Chevron across the street and now they have my business.

Do not stop here ever for anything. Employees like to lock the door and not do their job. Better off going to a convenience store that actually does their job.

This gas station is located at the Northeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road. As I usually stay close by whenever I'm in the Las Vegas area and Chevron gasoline is the brand that I use, I usually stop here to fill up the gas tank before my drive back down to California. The pumps have always been in good working order and it's quite convenient to use touchless payment such as Google Pay. Their prices are pretty competitive for the nearby area and it's a much welcomed sight to see especially when I'm so used to paying sky high prices in California.

If I could put less than a star I would this is a terrible terrible awful no good store. They would not allow me to come into the store with a service animal, my well behaved German Shepherd that I need by my side every day at all times. The way that I was stunned was quite rude . I couldn't even get the door open all the way before she nastily said no exceptions. It's a filthy store anyways and have no problem taking my business elsewhere. I must recommend going to Circle K or even the Chevron on opposite Corners then go to this store

Terrible Herbst has a car wash, slot machines for a quick gamble and a Chevron gas station. Service here is friendly and up to par. Also you get a free 32 oz drink for pumping gas. You don't get good deals like that very often. Especially at a Chevron and most convenience stores.
