Drinks and druggies, the staff is awful and confrontational. Watched them drinking in front of the store.

Cashier was so rude to the customer in front of me.. berating him because the machine was being stubborn with his card. I waited several minutes & when I went to check out with my beer, I proactively got out my passport to show ID & she exclaimed WE DON'T TAKE IDS THAT WON'T SCAN. Immediately started removing my items from the bag. She was so rude. This is the 3rd time. There are many forms of valid ID, and also kinder ways to handle customers. I'm 48, and wasn't buying nicotine. There is no excuse for such horrible customer service, and the new NV statute regarding ID scan for nicotine isn't an excuse to be so rude to paying customers. Thank goodness there are plenty of places with decent employees who take passports, military IDs, and other government-issued IDs for alcohol purchases. I won't be going to Terrible's anymore.

They have diet root beer (Barq's) and quick friendly service. It's a chevron, so there's no drama. 5/5

Terrible Herbst is no longer excepting US passports… or any passports for that matter as a valid form of identification to purchase alcohol. I can fly out of the country, but I cannot buy a six pack. ?♀️?

Shut 'er down! Frazil machine out for good, cleaning the store with bleach is more important than serving customers. Just disgraceful to Chevron and to Vegas. Gaming machine area looks like a kennel!

Had two of the female cashiers berate us about ebt. They made rude comments loud enough for other customers to hear, harassing us for using a food card. You can feel the judgement from a mile away…as if working at a police filled gas station makes you special?

I went in terrible and there was two dudes with luggage backpack common things travelers had as I walked in I went to the back. As I got to the color the Indian man with the voice like bart Simpsons 711 man"You can't have on backpack in the store" I said the guys right here have backpacks and luggage why must I leave mine in the front..so I just said that's discrimination..and please don't speak to me. I just wanna but this..he said it's policy I paid the money and leftThis is the type of situation that certain races enter stores even a terrible gas station on flamingo next to days inn truck stop..

I walked in said hello how are you? Lady just Stared at me stared at me I never said anything. I proceeded to get me a fountain drink and once I did that came up front and asked is this the only bananas you have? She had her back to me never turned around just said yep. I said well these are old don't you think ? She shrugs her shoulders. I said oh this is your managers responsibility she nods her head. I'm thinking to myself can this lady talk talk other then yup? Then sure enough lady comes in on the phone with a beautiful blonde hair boy so adorable anyway and the clerk says hello how are you? I'm like oooh she does speak. So I proceed to pay my total was 1.07 I gave 1.10 I never take change and when I gave her the money she said have a good day. Not only do you speak you don't attempt to give me my change naw may I have my change. I really didn't want to buy because of this let's just say this store won't get another-penny definitely didn't get my gas went across to shells.

Yo, I found this Terrible's to be a nice lil store. The location was easily accessible from Flamingo. The store was clean and well maintained. I really like their soda machine w 100s of possible drink combinations. Prices here are good. Cashier was upbeat and friendly. Good job guys!

Are usually stop here however I'm gonna stop coming here to this location because the cashier is always very rude. Her customer service skills lacks and I told her that she rang me up wrong because the sale price she wanted to argue with me.
