Convenient? Nothing convenient about arriving at 3:40 am and the cashier having it closed until 4:21 am and still no signs of opening . Been waiting for about 40 minutes and have seen atleast 8 people attempt to go in and couldn't. I only have cash and can't leave because my tank is on e and don't want to risk being stranded. Even has a guy who biked here waiting out in the cold for nearly an hour. Don't advertise that your open for 24 hours if you're gonna be closed at hours when people wake up to go to work. Wtf could possibly make someone take this long to open up the damn store, this has never happened before it's always opened at this time. I'll make sure to skip this location from now on. We come here for the touchless car wash! It's so hard to find a good/cheap touchless kind out here and so this works out perfect to stop by quickly during the work commute.

OMG. Stopped to get gas this morning and didnt realize until we started pumping gas but there was a horrible smell and liquid on the pavement. Other customers were complaining too. Husband says it was probably a gray water spill from an RV. It was so bad it smelled pur vehicle up and we had to take our flip flops off before going in our house and sanitize them in the washing machine. This location is usually a mess but this was beyond the usual. Gross.

Service and clean your car wash! It's filthy and falling apart! Trash all over the ground from pre-pandemic, walls are filthy, plumbing is clogged. WTF?!

The station attendant came out of his office and lit a cigarette as I was getting gas! Also, a sign on the pumps said a mask was required, but he wasn't wearing one. Such a liability for Terrible Herbst.

Went for the car wash on a recommendation of a friend... really lives up to the name "terrible." Will not be going back. Went for the Gold Mine service to clean my car, they did a terrible job. Sticky stuff in my cup holders. And it's like they didn't even vacuum. I had a little spot on one of my seats and they said they don't have anything to get it out. I would've rather paid $100 elsewhere than the $33 I paid. This service was worth like $10.

Overpriced gas then you ask for if for papers. If that's the case stop selling lighters can't smoke without them. They in essence are a Tabasco product. No more terribles. Being asinine is not a good look.

This is my spot to get my oil changed. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. I love how they don't try to sell me things but suggests them to me so I can go home and research them to see if i really want to have it done or not. I had something popping out from my side panel on the driver side and have been lagging to take it to the dealer to get it fix but when i went in to get my oil changed, they fixed it for me without even asking me! Love them! If you want great service go here! If you don't want to waste your entire day at the dealer or some other lube service place, go here you wont be disappointed.

I love this place and their prices. If you go here with the proper expectations you'll be happy. Do not go here expecting a $60 detail job for $25. Exterior - nice and clean! You can purchase different packages for your needs. I think the most expensive one is around $30 gets you everything. My rims on my Range Rover are always filthy and they manage to always get them clean!! Interior - Fair job. They are honest with you up front if there is some thing they know they can't get clean (example, and entire dog on your carpet ). Small areas they tend to miss like curves and corners around your cup holders. In closing, I've been going here for years and I won't stop. Great deal for what they charge.
