So no more free air. You can ask by location but post COVID it looks like Terribles has taken away this freebie. Shame considering how much money I spend here. Calling corporate for details...****spoke to corporateAll locations should have a remote on the new system to go turn on free air. Apparently this misstep is some associates/locations know that and others don't. So it is a service they still offer but it's a gamble whether or not you get a location that knows what they're doing...or not.

I went to this Terrible Herbst instead of my neighborhood location. I do coffee refills some mornings and filled up my Thermos like I usually do. The register was being operated by the manager and eyes looked like they were going to fall out. "What's in there!!!" She asked with an attitude. "Uh, coffee, it's a coffee refill" I replied. With an elevated voice (by now I was ready to pour the coffee out and go somewhere else) "that's like six cups of coffee!!!!" Line item on checkout says refill any size and it's three, not six. By now, she's embarrassed me in front of other customers as if I was a theif then said "system is down it needs to be cash". I pull out a hundred dollar bill because that is all I had and she replied "are you serious?!!!! Sir just go and I never want to see you do this again!!!!!" Well, you won't. I will not ever go back here for fuel, drinks, Beer or snacks again. If it weren't for the fact that my neighborhood store staff are nice, I would never go to another Terrible Herbst if they are okay with staff like this talking to customers this way. The fuel from my work trucks were coming from this station, not anymore!!!! Folks, always be careful who you mistreat when you are on the clock!!!!!

Good service is rewarded with a tip, it shouldn't be expected, especially if the client had to return to request the service be done correctly. I find it rude to hold one's car keys ransom unless you are reaching into your pocket for a reward for doing the job your compensated for. I realize it may not be fair to only give two stars but it happened the second time which I had to point out and ask it be cleaned.

Find me here often since I only put Chevron gas in my vehicle. It's just down the street from my house, very convenient. They have a McDonalds attached to the store with drive thru. I do agree with the other reviews that they only have 1 cashier working most times, which can be annoying. Make sure to check for "out of order" gas pumps also. Atleast they have many gas pumps here.

Terrible service, no one is trained properly, clerks generally have the attitude that the customer is an inconvenience and interruption to their day.

I live up the street from this Chevron, I do love the convenience of this location since I stop here everyday before work & sometimes after, Although the only bad thing I can say about this gas station is in the mornings when everyone stops in on their way to work & even in the evenings they only have one person working the counter when there's long lines. They should have 2 people on the registers when it's busy to get people in & out faster.

The cashiers are extremely slow and d*** as he'll. I have been using this gas station for over a year since I live so closely. Bit I have put gas only for a few times (too expensive) for the entire year and bought a pack of Parliments for. $8.90 per pack for few times. Now I use other places for gas and cigarettes saving money and times.
