They don’t offer air for tires anymore for their customers. Greedy southern highlands hospitality! Try smiths gas station instead

Very disappointed at the customer service or rather lack thereof. I had not even left the store when I tried to refund the four individual 20oz Pepsi’s for the liter that I had not previous seen. She would not allow me to do the exchange because I used a debit card and returns can only be done in cash. This is not displayed anywhere must truly be the only business not able to process an exchange with a debit card. The cashier was rude enough to say things such as “don’t you understand what I am telling you, I don’t know why this is so hard” and that it was a matter of my opinion whether a debit card was credit (I argued that it was not). She made no effort to resolve the issue and the other cashiers made no effort to assist or intervene. I was treated as if I was unreasonable to want to purchase a different item. I even offered to pay the difference plus more just to make up the difference so I wouldn’t need a refund. This was also not an option. I live around the corner from here and will sadly drive down the street to another establishment to avoid the rude and unrelenting behavior of this staff. You know it is bad when another customer had to comment on how poorly they were handling my situation.

They now Accept APPLE PAY and Google Pay at the Pump, I don't have to go inside to have a secured transaction, so convenient.

I was a consistant customer but and was very satisfied, but as all things change, dont know the girls name but i always get a car freshner with my wash, she told me they now charge $1 for a single tab, went to other Terrable herbst and they always offer the freshners , these are a small benifit, but a great appreciation factor, never been back and wont go back, they lost my business over an item that cost 6 cents, cant stand being ripped off, i have 3 monthly memberships for 3 cars i own, go to other herbst car washes this one has gone down hill, they changed managemrnt, Donnie is no longer there...when they replace this girl i may try it again..i see she has other complaints also...

John and Scott are the best cashiers, very nice and hard workers. Busy store that is connected to a busy McDonald's can be hard to find a spot at the pumps. If you go one mile north or south to the other Terribles gas is ten cents cheaper per gallon. Store is always clean. They need to get rid of all the high school students hanging around outside.
