I stopped in to get ice and snacks for my family trip to the park and Kendall was super helpful and in a great mood. He even helped carry all of my bags of ice to the car. I've never had customer service this great a terribles before.

I worked there in 94 at the car wash. Was a good job until they hired this manager his name was Nestor he got rid of all white people who worked there and eventually fired me because of a" smear on the rear windshield", the real reason was because I'm white. Racist company.

Well the car wash is stupid. I pulled my car up all the way to where you pay, and there was a tiny note saying please pay inside. So then I had to back my car out all the way down that metal tire guy that's on the ground, God forbid they put the sign up to pay inside, BEFORE you actually drive into the car wash! Idiots.

Just a really mediocre auto car wash.Had a dusty pick up f 150. Tonneau cover.It was poor for the $.Maybe it doesn't work well on pick ups.I hate being negative.

No empty spaces or vacuums...but cars are pulling to take spaces and vacuum with no wash. I was told by employee that vacuums are free for everyone to use. What about for us that pay $20-30mo for plans? Remember...Vacuums are free for everyone to use! Also, the pandemic is over. Time to get back to full service car washes.

??????????TERRIBLE CARWASH EVVER!ALL vacuums were broken. Just one was working. The car wash didn't clean anything off, and the brushes sounded like they were scratching the car. I was from out of town, I stopped at the first carwash I saw. I didn't go check on the reviews on Terrible Herbst. Is it a coincidence that the name of the carwash is called Terrible Herbst? LolBut I did find out that there are mobile carwashers in Vegas are set up in parking lots of shopping centers. 100% worth finding these setups.DO NOT GO TO TERRIBLE HERBST atleast for the carwash.
