I purchased a suitcase and the lady helped me out to carry it to a secluded area across the store so i could transfer my duffle bag into the suitcase. She sat it down and still opened the suitcase all the way to find there was another small suitcase inside. At this point it was purchased, we were out of the store and she still took it saying she had to take it back because that was an accident.

This place is sketchy, make sure to check your receipt because they'll charge you for small things you didn't actually buy. Nothing like rushing to your terminal to realize you got charged for a $5 magnet when all you wanted is to get your loved ones a hat and coffee mug...
