I had an incredibly wonderful experience here! The team lead, Kim was friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy or suggestive (as I’ve seen in other similar stores). She helped us pick the right bed for us by explaining all the options. She walked us through the whole process, let us know what deals they were running, explained how everything from order to delivery to set up would go so we knew what to expect. She kept in contact with us, even letting me know when the purchase had made it to town and that the delivery service would be contacting me. We purchased on October 5th, and the bed was delivered today, October 16th in perfect condition. They hauled away our old mattress, something I really appreciated. Overall, we really had a stress free and enjoyable experience with Kim and the other team members at the store and during delivery. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a Tempur-Pedic!

Had a very pleasant experience while shopping at Tempur-Pedic. Isabel was extremely helpful and made my visit very worthwhile in helping finding the bedding that I was looking for. She also took the time to place an order for items that were not in stock and had them shipped to my residence. Thank you very much.

My husband and I went into the TemperPedic store tonight to look into getting some new pillows. We interacted with Kim. I can’t say enough about how absolutely amazing her customer service is. She made our visit one of the best. We already have a TemperPedic bed and wanted to get some replacement pillows. She made some great suggestions and also gave us information to assist us in getting the issues resolved with our bed. When I think about exceptional customer service, Kim absolutely delivers.
