Kyle worked on my car yesterday replacing the battery and compressor belt.
Kyle impressed me first off by answering the phone at 7:05am. Most places that open up at 7 don't answer until at least 7:30. Kyle was kind, professional, and he communicated with me regarding my car and was a delight to do business with. He makes your business look good. Give that young man a raise.

We have been a long time customer of Ted Weins and always repaired our Cadillac XTS with the highest standards. This time we had to tow our Cadillac to Ted Weins to have our dead battery replaced. Ryan was very helpful and made sure that the best battery was installed and that I got a ride to their shop to pick up the Cadillac. I recommend Ted Weins Service center to everyone that wants a great experience in vehicle repair at a competitive price. Ask for Ryan!

Overall decent job and price was about what I typically pay anywhere else. A 2.5 hour wait for an oil change when they originally told me an hour was a little long and annoying but it is what it is.

Although retired from owning a fleet of semi trucks, preventive maintenance of vehicles has been a high priority in my life.
The crew at Ted Wiens are quite professional and share the same theory that I do. It is especially important that when you discuss your need and concerns with the service writer and they assure you that they understand, the end result is their technicians follow through 100%.

My experience was great! The staff was very helpful and I felt welcomed. I don't have a single complaint. I didn't get the the name of the salesman that helped me. He was in all black, he was so helpful and I appreciate him. Thank you!
