Went in for what I thought was going to be brake pad replacement for my vehicle that has just over 70,000 miles on it and the original brakes. Ted Weins did a thorough vehicle inspection including the brakes. To my surprise they let me know that the brakes were still in good shape and did not require pad replacement at the moment. Even better when I asked what I owed for the hour plus they worked on my inspection, I was told there was no charge and they hoped I would come back next time I needed work on the car. Amazing, both for the honesty as well as the service provided. 5 STARS!

Absolutely will bring my car here. I had my car towed to them thinking I had a serious issue, luckily it was just a loose battery cable causing my car to not start, it was fixed within 30 minutes and I was in my way again. Free of charge. Thankyou Chevy always such a pleasure to deal with you. They are very honest. I appreciate that. Being a woman taking your car anywhere can be scary. They always just charge me for exactly what is wrong, nothing more. Thankyou again Chevy and everyone at Red Weins on Warm Springs Rd. ??

Ozzie at the Weins on Warm Springs @ Eastern was such a sweetheart. He was so patient with me, answered all my questions, and in assessing my needs saved me money on options recommended by my Dealer that I didn't need. He had my car serviced quickly and back to me sooner than quoted. I have and will continue to recommend Weins & Ozzie.

I’m fighting stage 4 colon cancer. Chevy at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Its tough to get out and deal with life and he made it just a bit easier for me today. Been trying to get a oil change for two weeks. With bowel problems time is of essence and Chevy made it happen. So appreciated. His communication was great! And again, Ozzy really helped me out. Above and beyond at this location.

The service people were very helpful to me.Helped me get financing and tried hard to resolve the situation with my car,but unfortunately we're not able to repair my car without costing alot of money.They advised me that it would cost me alot more than the car was worth to repair,saving me money and time.Thank you Very Much.Ward Williams.

Personally I don’t think they know much about German cars or Volkswagen to be exact. They charged me almost 1k to fix emissions leak and to flush coolant. I got my car back and it began to run hot . I brought it back and the guy said it was a little bit of coolant in there , I said well even if you forgot to put the coolant back in the car, if it was ‘flushed’ it should be empty not a little still left in there. They filled the coolant…. A week later my check engine light came back on .. I took it back in and they kept the car all day and still couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from and then proceeded to tell me “Volkswagen won’t sell us the part” .. well what part if you just said you couldn’t figure out where the leak is coming from ? And volkwagen DOES sell any part to mechanic shops AND customers so that was a flat out lie. I took it to Volkswagen to yet spend more money on the same problem I just paid Ted Wiens to fix. Then they said “If Volkswagen can find the leak or they say our parts are faulty then bring it back and we’ll fix it” Why should I have to do all that ? If you don’t know how to work on something be honest like other shops and simply say you don’t have the knowledge or aren’t equipped to work on Volkswagen . Not charge me a thousand dollars and then try and send me to the dealership to pay them too .
