For all the hot wheels collectors and hunters!! The location at this target you won’t be able to find any supers the employees go through the boxes before they hit the floor so hopefully a manager actually enforces a rule for that because if they can catch people stealing at the self checkout why can’t they catch the employees going through their boxes before they hit the floor… You would think that they would give everyone a chance to get one but got a box when they were restocking and the bottom was opened and one car was missing 🤔

Unfortunately, this Target doesn't know how to pick a phone up. I only have one question to ask and don't feel like driving to them to ask, find out it's a no, and drive back home. Also, it's really not that hard to keep up with product release dates and to put up a simple paper in the front saying if you have products such as pokemon cards or special edition books. I'd rather not wait outside the store for 2 hours for nothing to be in the store to purchase. Please be more efficient for everyone. Trust me I don't want to talk to anyone either. Certainly, I don't want to talk in person.

I was told that the new manager wanted to make sure that self-checkout is closed from now on. They Only have 3 checkers MAX now. If you want to wait in a line that takes 25 minutes+ then come to Target.... If You want a faster checkout then it's probably better to go to Walmart Walmart is just next door to Target.

Onyx Storm 1/21/2025 release was the worst experience! Stood outside, in line since 6am. Store opened at 8am. Management was not organized with dealing with the large crowd. They also did not clearly communicate where the book pick up area was located. We were told location was back in the Tech Section. Everyone was confused with the Online Pick Up/Customer Service counter, because there were stacks of books there. A lot of people who were standing outside in the coldest temperature for Vegas, were not able to get the book edition they wanted because once the doors opened, people were running everywhere.

Stood in line for over a half hour outside for the release of a special edition book. An employee came outside and only spoke to the front of the line, said the books were near electronics and they had limited, knowing full well that everyone was there for the Target exclusive edition.
Doors open at 8, same employee is seen in the customer service area directing the front of the line to electronics only for everyone to find out that they had the special editions at customer service all along, which now had a giant line.

Ordered pick up at target for some board games for the holiday parties, four separate games, easily baggable items. I pull up, drive up order comes unbagged, asks for code, I give it to her and asked her why they’re not bagged, she just says they didn’t come bagged and where did I want them. Crazy, tell her the trunk is fine and she puts them in my trunk and slams the trunk closed. Never had this kind of disrespect/rudeness at a target, insane behavior to not bag items and then be mad at a customer for asking about it. I doubt it would’ve killed her to bag my items, or simply apologize. I have never had a drive up order for non big items not be bagged.

Placed my order for drive up p/u because of time management, and it ended up causing me 3 visits to the store and to be blamed for the order I was given to be wrong when the item in my cart was correct but was handed the wrong item by the clerk. Then on my return visit was blamed for ordering the wrong item. Not a good experience at this store.

I usually love Target but I had the WORST experience tonight at the Decatur location. I go in frequently for myself and other customers (through delivery services) and today my experience was absolutely unacceptable. I was unfairly profiled and followed around the entire store while I was shopping up until I received my receipt from the register. What reason does Target have to accuse me of possibly stealing? Was I not dressed up enough to shop here??? There was no possible explanation to be treated like this while spending money in an establishment. I am disgusted with my treatment and it really wasn’t fair. My experience was uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. Be better Target.

Please check the date on food purchased here. I've purchased yogurt, mayo, and lunch meat that were expired. It's not a few days expired, its weeks. I got sick from the Mayo.

Came into this location on 9-14 for a birthday gift for my son. Found a Jeep 4 x 4 on sale for 174.99. My husband thought it was a good price so we decided to get it. After waiting for a few moments a nice young guy came over and loaded the power wheel on the cart. We get to the register and scan the item and it rings 349.99. I'm like ummm that's not what the tag says. We even brought the tag with us to the register. The cashier tells me that he can't honor the price because the fine print says sale valid until 9-7-24. Mind you it's the 14th and the sale tag is still on merchandise. I didnt read any fine print but did assume that the 9-7 date was the start of the sale since it was the 14th. I called the store to speak to a manager no one ever answered. I called on the 14th 15th and 16th and still no one pics up. I'm so disappointed in this target as I am a frequent shopper of this store.

It's 10 am on a weekday and y'all have the self checkout closed and just two cashiers working a whole store. You're a billion dollar company and you have TWO cashiers working. That is Dollar Tree behavior.

So upsetting that it states that they take certain forms of payment but they actually don’t. When reaching the register I was told that they do take Wic but it’s not set up in the system yet. And then the cashier said want me to cancel I said no I will pay. Her question should had been would you like to pay another way.

I didn’t get the name of the store associate but I believe she was the manager at the front counter in customer service, she was DELIGHTFUL to help me with a price adjustment and helped me with the app. I love that this is my HOME base target, lovely associates! ☺️
