Haven't been in a Target for a while. Waited in line for check out with a large order. Only two non self serve check outs open. Ironically, about 20 cops with cars and motorcycles were out front. I initially drove past, thinking it was a flash mob of some type, then noticed it was a police recruitment fair? How ironic that the store that was so "cool" with self righteous shoplifters is now wanting 20 cops out front!!Ironic? Or hypocrisy? I'm going back to Walmart where I know I have to self check out, without a dose of hypocrisy.

What a horrible experience. I did Target drive up and this worker dropped my item on the way out. I had to go into the store to return and they did not have anymore. This location is terrible!

Ordered a TV for pickup. Order was confirmed, money was taken out of my account, even received an email telling me my order was ready for pick up. Drove up and was notified that they sold my TV. No explanation nothing, just oops and no notification before we drove down. How does an item that was taken off the floor to pickup get sold. Unless an employee saw it in pickup and knew they were sold out and decided they wanted it for themselves. Then received an email saying that I canceled my order. Attempted to speak with a manager. Attempted to call multiple times after leaving and no answer.

I was shopping at this location, and there was a barcode on a few of items that I was wanting to purchase. The security came up to me and started to look at my car, touching my things, and was not even discreet about it. They didn't even care if they publicly humiliated their customers. I thought target was supposed to be professional, but this proves that they are not, and that they are hiring people who have zero consideration of how the customers would look in front of other People. The securities name is Christian and he was speaking on the radio with another security named Justin. I have never felt so humiliated and this is not the first time that they have done this to me. I feel as if they are accusing me, just because I am Asian. I do not recommend this location, they are terrible, they don't care about the customers all they care about is their money. And I also forgot to mention, I was going to purchase two bathroom rugs and I checked the tags. Both were different sizes. One was a few inches smaller than the other but they are charging $35 each. Why would they charge me $35 for a bathroom rug that is a few inches smaller than another round? I asked security, which is Christian and he said they're the same size, but the tag says otherwise. And he put the blame on the company that makes the runs and he says it is not targets fault. Which is crazy because they are the ones who will profit from the item. This location gives targets such a bad reputation. And lastly, Christian didn't even apologize for the fact that he made me feel so humiliated.

The place was spic and span and has good lighting.The aisles are spacious.The staff were friendly,courtieous and all smiles ,they are also very helpful.No parking issues because they have big parking lot outside the store.I was in and out less than 30 minutes.

Outside of a complete reset of the store and items now being located on different sides of the store. The store was clean and neat along with being organized. All interactions with the team members were polite and helpful.

I am hoping that someone in higher up can get an employee recognized for going above and beyond. My 2 girls asked for Magic Mixies from Santa, and for the last couple of months I have been keeping an eye on any retailers that might have it back in stock besides 3rd party vendors who sell them for 4x as much. Finally, I received a notification at 4 am from Target that this location received limited quantities. I know how popular they are, by 7:30 am my 4 y/o and I were waiting in front of the store. But I had a slight problem, I didn't know how I can put them in the cart, pay for it, without her figuring out that Santa is mommy and daddy. Then, an employee opened the door to let some of the employees waiting outside in. I asked if he can check if they were in stock and explained to him that I have my daughter with me. Without hesitation, he said "I got you! Just go to guest services when the store opens." A few minutes later, I have 2 Magic Mixies waiting for me at guest services, double bagged and ready to be checked out. It has been a very hectic week, his willingness to help was definitely appreciated. I believe his name was Nick, he worked during opening hours on Dec 1st. Thank you Nick for helping me accomplish my mission!

Showed they had an item in stock so I checked out and came to pick it up and was helped by a bunch of employees who looked lost in the sauce. They couldn't tell me if they had it or not. So, I had to wait an hour with my daughter until I got the email saying they they were actually out of stock. Target is literally becoming Walmart.

Wheel chair folks get a choice in Halloween costumes!! As a parent of an adult disabled it is great to see the choices and modeled by those in wheelchairs. Thank you Target

Bought a nightmare before Christmas inflatable that did not inflate fully and upon further inspection, it was sewn incorrectly and there were holes and air was escaping from the piece it's self. Tried contacting the customer service line who connected me to another person at Target plus and was transferred to another person's voice message that cut me off before I could give any information. Called back again. Gave a case number so I didn't have to explain everything again. It's all listed in the case file. The person I spoke with could give no shits about my issue which I can't blame her but it's her job and she didn't have to let her show in her attitude and voice over the phone that she didn't give a s**** I did not want to return the item for a refund. I wanted to exchange it for a non defective item that worked correctly and she only kept telling me that I had until December to return the item for a full refund. I just wanted to exchange or even be put on a list to exchange for the next shipment coming in as I was told in a prior call to start the case that more would be coming in. I called corporate office and left a message and the one time they call me to follow up, I'm in the middle of a doctors appointment and a voice message that they will call back and that was a week ago. What the hell?!?!

We walk with the baby every weekend and use selfcheck, there is a young adorably sweet girl mornings on the weekends with glasses and always a big bow working selfcheck, she is wonderful! Makes a point to come say hi to the baby, remembers the name of his stuffed animal, asks about his soccer practice and talks about the new things he is buying each visit. Any time we have a question she has a quick answer, never seen her without a smile! When we get ready to go walk over we talk about going to see our Target friend, a joyful bright spot for our weekends, thank you for her!
