Bought my 1st Tag here, Trent great!
I have been eyeing this watch for sometime. I stopped in to try it on. Trent was quick to find what I was looking for. I told him I was going to be back to buy this after a weekend of crushing the poker tables. I came, I saw, I conquered, No credit card needed.
PS…The Glenmorangie was fantastic (Trent’s recommendation) to have while chatting with the Tag employees about life. Great buying experience!!!

Never in my life have I walked in a store and been met with such rude people. Walked in to ask about a new battery and was laughed at for not knowing they don't do that there. Asked for a quote and was laughed at again. JFC these people were on one. Be prepared for extremely shitty service.

Arrogant lady. Wouldn’t fix watch purchased year before as it had been discontinued. Spend almost $6k on a watch and treated like this. Never will buy another Tag watch.

I had the best experience both times I have visited this Tag Heur boutique. The first time was a year ago. My husband and I were just looking and did not buy anything. However, the sales lady Azra gave me her card. She was very sweet and friendly. She left a very good impression so upon looking for a watch for my husbands birthday I came back a year later to see Azra. Again, the customer service was excellent. All the ladies, the manager and especially Azra were amazing! I purchased one of the Carreras for my husband. While I shopped I was offered water and champagne. Not just any champagne but Moet champagne! I must say I love champagne. They can also size the watch you are purchasing in store. They have a variety of watches in all styles to choose from. I was very impressed with the staff and customer service. It was a very memorable and fun shopping experience.

Had a great experience at this Tag Boutique with my family. Unfortunately I didn’t get the sales persons name, but my brother and I had a great time. She immediately recognized that I was wearing a newer tag, and we carried a great conversation about to state of watches and even showed me a couple of very exclusive pieces I’ve only ever seen in pictures. Would highly recommend visiting. As far as luxury watches go, Tag Heuer is a great value, and offers some very unique designs, features/ complications, and most importantly attention to detail. Once I make up my mind I will be purchasing another timepiece and hopefully it will be from this location.

I have always liked TAG Heuer watches, but after today I will be a lifelong customer. Today I was helped by Azra. Azra was very informative but not pushy. Very helpful and very prideful of her job. She answered every question I had whether it was about the company or a specific watch. Even though I did not purchase anything today, I felt as if I was a lifelong customer of TAG Heuer. Whenever I decide to buy a TAG, even if I have to drive 300 miles back to Vegas, I will buy it from Azra. Amazing experience I'll never forget.

Try and call their customer service. Wait, wait and wait. Then you get a real nice person with no authority to do anything. When dhe pushes you to a regional manager, many messages no call back. I will stay with my Rolex protocol. Rolex is an A+.

Azra and Kristina were very helpful in trying to solve my bracelet/link problem on an Aquaracer. Kristina, especially, would not quit until she exhausted all resources in the store and found an acceptable way to fix my problem. Thank you.
