Had an appointment time was here an hour before appointment is now going on almost 5 hours past appointment time for 3 pallets in 100 plus degree weather with a minus 15 degree load. This is by far the worst sysco I've ever dealt with. Hands down... now the rest of all my drops have been pushed back a day due to their incompetence and it's not them paying late fees for each delivery will be me. Completely avoid this place if possible!!!!!!!!!

I am giving them five stars .
Because you check in with
Security guard, she will take your bills, give you the door, and take lumper payment. Everything is at one window.
No more waiting in the line for check-in and door and waiting in line for bills.
It will take 4 hours to unload, but you are in your truck .
Someone in management did pay attention to the reviews and made a great improvement.

I love that Sysco says “give us another chance” but nothing changes…. If you have our phone number then why make us wait for hours with our doors open losing precious cold air. The product in my trailer needs to be -10. I have other customers product in there not just yours.. Give me a door number I’ll back up and wait for you to call and then I’ll open my trailer doors. Going on three hours now still haven’t started on unloading. Uuuggg Finally half the truck is unloaded 12:45 pm after I docked at 7:30 am. Already paid but waiting on them.

I have delivered to 3 different Sysco locations, the Las Vegas location was by far was the best, easiest & trouble-free experience that I've had with this company.
They start receiving @ 5am.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND:
1) Get there EARLY!
2) Park along the entrance road to the dock entrance area.
Today there was approximately 25-30 trucks waiting to off-load. I was the first to be checked in @ 5:15am & assigned a dock. They had me completely unloaded and paperwork in hand in an hour.
I was hauling a load of flour from the General Mills plant in Great Falls, MT. The 2 units on the back of the trailer had shifted and one of the pallets had slid part way off. When I checked the trailer prior to leaving it was spotless, no product anywhere. The last time this happened to me, I had over 1.5" of flour covering the entire 53' trailer.
This process needs to be followed at all of the other locations.

Restroom / toilet / bathroom/ drivers lounge ? is next to door 50 at the ramp.
Check Your check-in time on papers at the entrance she gives you!! Lady at the booth lies with your check in time!!

Pros: Easy docks and the lady at the gate was friendly.
Cons: They took FOREVER to get me unloaded. I arrived at 7:30 for a 9:30 appointment, and they didn't even get me in a door till 11:00. It took them until 1:20 to unload 7 pallets which threw off all my appointments the rest of the day. Make sure they put your arrival and check-in times accurately on the lumper receipt, because they tried to show me as arriving at 9:30 instead of 7:30. Avoid this place if you have anywhere else to be.

Pros:
Can park in driveway overnight (HIGHLY ADVISE)
Street parking available
Guard is friendly, give bills, fill out info sheet, go to dock door
Plenty of room to back in
Truck Stop nearby
Con:
It is time consuming but really depends on what you're bringing in.
Overall, I had a nice experience

The problem is the women at the gate! She never let me know the amount of the lumper fee. BOLS have been ready! Very slow process even after I paid for the lumper $311.00 to get my BOls
