The crystals are beautiful to look at, with items perfect for occasions like New Year’s Eve and priced quite reasonably. Customer service is absolutely amazing, respectful, very helpful, and patient, with staff going over and above to assist. The experience makes customers feel glad there is a company like this, leading to recommendations to friends and family due to the significant savings compared to standard stores. This results in a great shopping experience that creates long-term customers who give it five stars all the way. The surrounding Premium Outlets provide a clean and easy to traverse mall with a bounty of options and great upscale retailers, offering hundreds of discounts and great deals. While parking can be difficult, there is plenty of it available with complimentary parking for locals. The outlets are all outside, so caution is needed when it rains. Customer service across the mall can be hit or miss, but many stores and restaurants provide fantastic and personable service. It is a highly recommended place to shop, dine, and experience.
