Tried to buy a pair of shoes. That were on display, when I told the employee I'll take them he said I can't sell them until Friday, I can hold them for you until Friday which is two days from today. So you put them out for sale if you're not going to sell them. Worst pawn store I have been to.

Totally will not recommend this place to nobody they want to con you knowing that the stuff is worth a lot of money and they want to give you peanuts I don't really appreciate it I have shoes that worth 1200 trying to give me 15 dollars this place is trash I will never in my life go there ever again they're scam people

Stay away from this pawn shop. I took my 18k legit tri color gold necklace to this store to get it tested for a private buyer. The guy immediately tells me it is fake because of the feel of it. Then proceeds to show me the green mark in a magnifying glass where I can not see any indication of green, implying it's fake. Because of this guy's false and inaccurate test, I lost the sale and I even took it to downtown gold shops in Los Angeles and another one in town just to confirm it was real. Both shops feeling it immediately said the 18k gold necklace was real. This shop can not even differentiate between real or fake gold. I would recommend not to buy gold or other jewerly from this store. Chances are you will buy fake from them.

I tried to sell my JBL Bluetooth wireless headphones and the assistant manager tried to tell me that the headphones was going for $50 on Amazon and on Amazon they’re going for $99-$115 they are getting over on people and tryna play people out of their money. Don’t ask a customer how much they are looking for to only turn them around and then try to give them $20 for their products knowing that they are worth more. The headphones are brand new never been used and they could’ve given me at least $50-$60 for them especially considering that they cost more on Amazon. They were unprofessional and very rude I wouldn’t recommend going there but that’s my OPINION.

BEWARE !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Malik is a real genuine person, the manager GIL or Gilberto is not only RUDE and unprofessional, but disorderly, & does not deserve to be a manager. He treats people like they’re ignorant, all people, no respect for people in general, condescending to customers, I will never go back but I promise where there’s demons there’s angels like Malik.Jesus got a special place in the universe for people like Gil.
