Came to pick up a layaway item.. was completely thrown off because during my transaction one of the employees was asking about how much my totals were in Spanish & my cashier was answering her in detail during my checkout process also in Spanish.
I know Spanish despite my complexion, so I asked the cashier if they were close to a quota or something ? He said no.
So why the need for secrecy? Feel like judgement was being passed by the question with no relevancy

I have gone to so many pawn shops SuperPawn was excellent
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Denzel he goes above and beyond to make sure your items are valued with right pricing

Super pawn in general needs to set a standard on how their employees test, price and evaluate people's jewelry etc. went to three of their Las Vegas locations and all gave me a different quote on the same item.

Asst Manager Ms. Anna and CSR Cristian were very helpful and cheerful throughout my visit. They provided 5-star customer service. My business was handled in less than 20mins and all my questions were answered in a timely manner with lots of kindness, warmth, attentiveness, and pleasantry while still being professional. I am extremely pleased with the assistance I rec'd today from CSR Cristian and Asst Manager Ms. Anna.

They don't believe it's possible for black people to have nice things to pawn so they treat you like the police in interigation which is not worth it to pawn something!?

Put off getting a new-to-me TV for MONTHS before I finally went in to this one. Perfect experience. They were putting a couple on clearance as I walked in and it made it that much easier for me. All I wanted was cheap, fast, and easy...perfect!

I would definitely not recommend going here. Not only was the line VERY long but the costumer service was awful. The employees seemed to not care about what people wanted and were not friendly at all. I’ve been to a few other locations but so far this is the worst , highly disappointed.
