If I could give Zero stars I would.1. Roaches. Lived in building 9 with no problems, but we moved to building 12 and it was disgusting. The buildings with 3 bedrooms are the worse.2. They said that they would send someone to spray for scorpions, but they sprayed for roaches instead. A scorpion got inside, stung my son and he was hospitalized. Couldn't eat, speak, see or control his body. He was only 3 at the time.3. The staircases are very unsafe and wobbly. A couple of steps were loose, my son tripped and scrapped his face. To fix the problem they only replaced the "worst one" and wedged a piece of wood between the stairs and the wall.4. The gates are always broken and anyone can come and go as they please. My car was wrecked in a hit and run and no one in the office could help because they don't have cameras.5. My lease went month-to-month, I called to give my notice, paid up my rent and when I moved they charged me a $1400 re-letting fee because it wasn't exactly "30 days". Tried calling the manager a couple of times, never heard back and now im getting collection calls.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Can you please tell residents to keep their dogs on a leash...it is a law in Clark County. I'm so tired of being approached by dogs behind building 13 that are not leashed and the owners are far down the sidewalk...letting the dog run wild.

Need to work on better gym equipment and add dumbbells so everyone can get good workout in with more things in there to add. Please consider adding more machines, or at least a rack of dumbbells.

No bugs, no scorpions, no cars broken into, no police activity. Extremely quiet, friendly neighbors, nice area. Love it here! 10/10 would recommend!

Maintenance (thin white guy) is a little too friendly. My wife also states that he’s too talkative and unprofessional.

I've lived at this complex full time since February of 2023, and was roommating when I was guarantor. And I honestly have hated the majority of it. I'm stuck here due to life circumstances and I've tried my best to make the best out of a bad situation. I'll start with a bulleted list of offenses from smallest to biggest. And try my best to condense them-"Renovated" apartment I moved into was cheaply built causing me to put in a maintenance request damn near every month-Requested an additional disability parking spot from Christian, Rosie and apartment manager Maria; be added back in February 2023 since the spot I was assigned was too far from my front door. Very little communication was given to me on the paperwork needed for that. So if I didn't call, staff would let months go by without a word. Finally got fed up and recently called and spoke with Rosie as it's outright hurting my mobility when a free spot isn't open, and was told by her; "That's the property manager's job as they have to request a permit, I'll forward you his info when he gets here tomorrow." And not a word since, so I had to reach out to Rosie after she let a whole day pass. Only managed to get ahold of the property manager then, pending resolution.-Reported unit 2006 back in January 2023 to Maria for having a foul odor due to the disgusting condition of the unit that caused me to develop a bacterial virus that spread from my lungs and to my kidneys that almost took my life. To be clear, the odor isn't caused by the unit. It's caused by the two filthy tenants that reside in it. I'm talking several semi empty cans of chicken breast that are opened and sit on their kitchen counter for days and don't clean toilets until black mold forms, kind of filthy people. Her response was to question if I knew they were dirty people prior to signing as their guarantor. And she then stated "We can't tell people how to live, there's nothing we can do." Which, YES you absolutely can. Especially if a tenant(s) is leaving a unit unlivable to the point where it can spread to other tenants and get them sick is absolutely an offense that can constitute eviction in the state of Nevada. Oh, but I struggle with rent and you were the first people to try and evict me. Which I wouldn't be, had the living environment not made me sick to the point of literally losing my job since I was too sick to work. To add onto this, this concerns me as maintenance has gone in that unit several times and seen the conditions those tenants live in. Someone other than me could've gotten seriously ill and still can because guess what? THEY STILL LIVE THERE, THEY LET THEM RENEW THEIR LEASE. Moreover, I've spoken to neighbors who reside in units near them who've complained to me about the smell, but they confided in me that they see no point in reporting it to management as they don't think they'll do anything about it. And they're right, they haven't and they won't.-One of the newly built grills literally exploded and gave my daughter's friend 3rd degree burns. Thankfully no one else was hurt but other tenants saw what happened as a small child was nearby. One hospital visit later I finally get through to the office and spoke with Rosie, who first response was to me "How is that possible when the grills are charcoal now?" GEE, IT'S ALMOST AS IF THEY HAVEN'T ALWAYS BEEN CHARCOAL. No concern was shown by Rosie over the literal bodily harm that was caught on camera by the property's camera system. So based on her reaction, I'd be more than willing to bet they haven't even reviewed the footage yet.To conclude, I don't want some bs response telling me to reach out (I've also read other reviews where they respond this way, I've emailed that email address and it comes back not valid), I want REAL and tangible action taken. Because I'm giving it a full week from this review for someone, literall

Hello everyone before you move in or even think about moving in you should think about is, the reason being is that these apartments do not have good maintenance works and they take very long to go, my ac broke and it took them a month to fix in during the summer and they didn’t even bring us a mobile ax unit at least. But that’s no it ow no I have lived here for four years and during the time I lived here my car got broken in to twice and just recently their where seven cars broken into. And to top it off they did not even pay for the damages that happens to my car, this might sound like a lot but their is still more and the last thing is that do not go in the pool it’s very dirty and what seems like a green like bacteria grown in the pool and. So if you are think about moving in you should double think about it.

After they declining our application I only have to thank Rose for her professional attention, although Christian was very kind when I visited the site, he never answered my calls to answer. If you work with clients, you must attend and respond to all calls on time, that is the difference between being a good professional. Thanks a lot.

This place is not good as all they do is lie just to get money. We moved out and cleaned the place from head to toe but than they tried to say it was filthy. We have pictures and during the walk thru the guy said it was very clean. Cleaner than any other on move-out. Also charging us for paint when the walls were still white with no marks on it The place was cleaner than when we moved in as there was an empty tea container that they left in the linen closet. Also when you're living there nothing gets fixed right or they never show up to fix it. They are slum lords. If I could have rated this 0 I would have. The assistant Manager Maria is very judgemental. She has her favorites and if you aren't one of them she is horrible to you. Don't waste your money go elsewhere. Not to mention all of the garbage that is on ground and pigeon droppings

Place was decent to live in, moved out in May never got a statement about why my deposit wasnt returned. So i called asking and they said Pet damage ? As a 26 yr old single mom who works 12 hours a day , I wouldnt even be able to afford or take care of an animal in a tiny confined apartment for 12 hours. So no pet damage possible , I was told id get a call back from the manager never got a call back . I offered to show videos of how I left the apartment and the person on the phone said “I have pictures too” I asked them to email it to me and Id email my videos too and was completely ignored . Its been 3 days :) I guess ill have to submit it to small claims:)

I loved the apartment I had with my family and the office staff, as well as maintenance. We had our first child living there and came from Colorado. The staff was on top of anything we needed. We moved back to Colorado and everyday we miss the apartment and the experience. Also we see scorpions twice out of three years and they were dead outside. We lived in the apartments in 2018.They have a lot of potential.

I don't recommend this place. many cockroaches in the condominium and scorpions always appeared in my apartment. My motorcycle was stolen from my covered garage and the administration said they couldn't do anything and that I had to call the police.
