The room was big and clean (715)! Great view of golf course.Unfortunately, the housekeeping crews woke me up on 2 mornings while working on other rooms. Also, on my final morning, I was woken up by a delivery truck as the loading dock was directly below me. Even 7 floors up, it was still loud. I was in the casino until close each morning (2:30 am), going to bed around 4 am, and preferred to sleep to at least 11 am.I was also kicked out of the hot tub at 6 pm on a beautiful sunny evening as they wanted to close the pool. Booh! Don't bother bringing a swimsuit! When I called the front desk to talk about the loud housekeeping, I was put on indefinite hold on 3 occasions. I finally went down to the desk to offer this feedback to the manager on duty. She was nice and respectful but didn't offer any solution or discount for the inconvenience of not being able to sleep or use the hot tub.Overall, everything looks nice. However, the rooms are loud, and pool amenities are limited. If you like to gamble late into the evening and sleep in during your vacation, I'd recommend other hotels and casinos.Rooms: Loud, poorly sound insulated. You will hear every person and door closing in the hallway.Food & drinks: Oyster bar, 90 Grill, Asian restaurant were very good. 24hr Cafe was terrible.

Suncoast is a place that I personally would NOT recommend. Here is why...Suncoast is soooooo Smoke Filled and DIRTY, Dirty! Sewer smell throughout the propertyMultiple contact w Suncoast staff over my safety and people watching me and NOTHING is done!!They seem to cater to the people who are NOT playing and disrupting the play of others. These undesirables usually make a habit of STARING at us.As a female, it is beyond unsettling! So we leave.***Way to go Boyd Gaming***Note-Suncoast is pretty basic with nothing overly fancy. So why?And Pro Tip-***Boyd Gaming Rewards for HIGH ROLLERS SUCK!Please compare. They are the WORST!At Onyx Level Slot Club Card Rewards or higherwill get you the very bare MINIMUM!Trust that their reward system sucks.Overall, justSUPER STINGY And Fall Short of ANY of the higher Competition- Rampart or Red Rock.Slots are plentiful.****So are the Undesirables. The high roller room is underwhelming. At least 4 Restaurants on site, and offer something to please everyone.Overall, it's a solid 1-2 star rating for me.Pro tip-Watch your surroundings.?Security is limited, and YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!Most staff have been limited, albeit friendly, though.Expect a wait if you need service.Pack your patience and enjoy. Good luck!?Rooms: Outdated but do the job.Nearby activities: Golf and small boutique like shopping available within a couple of miles.Safety: Pay attention!Walkability: PassFood & drinks: Just Okay

Extremely rude front desk. We asked a simple question of whether they are able to look after our stuff since we arrived too early. And the front desk person answered with annoyance.

Nice property in an upscale area near a golf course and shopping area. No issue with the property itself or the staff. My issue is with marketing/player retention.Be aware that if you decide to play here as an out-of-towner, you will not receive any comp offers in the future. As a local, I cannot comment. Adjust your play and decision to play here accordingly.I can understand a property's tendency to give locals more benefits, since they will come far more often. But you also don't grow your business this way, since some folks from out of town come at least five or six times a year to Las Vegas, may be big players and also tend to be loyal every time they make a trip. It's ultimately up to the corporation's direction and decision makers on how to best manage their business, but they definitely just lost significant, regular play from a loyal out-of-town player.

The Suncoast's theater is truly top-notch, boasting state-of-the-art technology and a diverse selection of films. Whether you're in the mood for a blockbuster hit or something new, you're sure to find something to enjoy here. Plus, the comfortable, recliner/heated seating and excellent sound quality enhance the overall viewing experience. What truly sets the Suncoast's movie theater apart is its commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a memorable time. Whether it's assisting with ticket purchases or providing recommendations, their dedication to excellence shines through.Food & drinks: Not too pricey and good quality overall.

This casino is for local old timers so be prepared to lose your money this place just takes. Like most Nevada casinos they bleed thier own people dry.

No more buffet??? Just overpriced restaurants and a food court with eateries serving child-sized portions? I'll take my business elsewhere thank you very much... along with friends, family and subscribers to my channel who prefer real dining choices which include a buffet in larger casinos. It was fun while it lasted

Second time staying at this quaint little hotel casino. It’s located in a quiet but pleasant neighborhood and the area is quite nice. Our view from our room is spacious and facing the golf course. The casino floor is relatively big and smoking is allowed. There’s several restaurants scattered around the first floor and on the second floor, there’s a large bowling alley. There is also a spa, small gym, and a big swimming pool that is attached to the hotel. It’s a nice place to stay at if you are looking for relaxation.
